I began using Venngage just two days ago, and I’m already blown away by their exceptional services, especially the Live Chat support. The team's responsiveness and genuine concern during our conversations have truly set them apart.

Today was my first day using this platform as it is needed for a school assignment. I built my infographic and then couldn't do anything with it. I reached out to contact us and spoke with Warren who helped me get it all figured out and got my project sent to me. What a godsend. Thank you so very much, this is such a neat platform and new experience for me.

Absolute garbage! The experience was quick and easy, but they wait until you have what you want, then, they demand you pay for a full fledged subscription if you want your finished product!

Prompt reply;Issue Resolved; I made a mistake and signed into the site from my personal email and paid because I couldn't see my work saved. They refunded the money and canceled the "wrong email account." All good!

We needed additional time for internal vetting, and it was allotted to us with no issue. Fantastic to work with, super friendly, definitely recommend!

EXTREMLY MISLEADING. YOU CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE REAL HTML/CSS OF YOUR DESIGNS.

When you download your design as "Email html" you do not get the real html/css of your design... you only get an image tag that points to a picture of the design. This makes it impossible to have links embedded directly in the content of the email or have dynamic styles that match a users theme (no coloring for dark mode etc). If you have a link in your email, the user first has to click the picture version of your email, they get directed to venngage's hosted version of your email in a web page, and THEN they can click on the link you have. Absolutely terrible UX.

If Venngage provided the raw html/css of the design (not an image pointing to the design) this service would be great. It is extremely misleading that you cannot download the HTML/CSS until after you purchase, and the HTML/CSS in question is a facade.

Joseph responded to my inquiry regarding our nonprofit discount almost right after I submitted the request. I needed help with applying the discount after upgrading my subscription and Joseph quickly took care of that for me.

Venngage is an excellent resource for creating eye-popping, engaging, and professional content (infographics, data displays, flyers, etc.). The best feature, however, is their Customer Support Team! You can get ahold of a live team member 100% of the time, they are highly knowledgeable, and they follow up with you afterwards - not a survey.
