Shitty scam people

Mal servicio al cliente, no hay reembolsos ni producto a pesar de su politica y no contestan, fraude total

Well it's a long story but I had the worst experience with them. First time trying to order something for myself and got the run around. They gave me a fraudulent tracking number which the post office couldn't help me track my package and then they wouldn't help me with a replacement or a refund they lied to me saying my package was delivered on a certain day and it wasn't...so ultimately I lost my money and am very upset with them and their service. I DON'T recommend anyone doing business with them they suck!

I wish I would have come here first before making this purchase. Although the game stick came within a reasonable time, it worked for literally 30mins. And then the screen went black and hasn't worked since. I contacted customer service, and after long delays between emails they basically shut me down and is not willing to offer any resolution. They are totally ignoring their own return policy. I am out $$ and I'm stuck with a non functioning game stick. Very poor customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Con Artists! I should have looked at the reviews befre buying! I bought this for my Husband dor. Christmas! The console never arrived. No one answered my emails! Foreign Country Bullshit!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! SPREAD THE WORD SO NO ONE BUYS THIS AND LOSES OUT MONEY!!!!!

I ordered this on September 30 suppose to be here in 2 days it’s now October 14 tracking says it’s still 7 days away from delivery I’ve asked for a refund they keep avoiding the situation worse experience ever

Do not order from this company . Ive been waiting for my order for 30+ days just for them to tell me it was delivered & i have not received my order . They suggested i go to the post office to check for an update , while updating their site late after i had to email to ask about my order , stating it was delivered . And the post office had no recollection of the tracking number given for the order . S C A M

Been waiting almost 2 months. Just updated and said was delivered 2 weeks ago. Scam

Day 50… and I STILL haven’t received this. Two weeks of customer service dept telling me they’ve forwarded my concern to another department. Yeah right. This is pure BS.
UPDATE: Day 55, still nothing.
UPDATE: Day 63, still nothing. After emailing them yet again last week they wrote back and said “ The post office has received your order and we urge for prompt delivery.” BIG LIE.

Please don't buy from this company Ventari. They'll scamm and rip you off. Extremely Poor as in no customer response. If you buy their Ventari Game Stick you'll regret and glad im telling you this. You have to pay for the shipping and handling (not free or included) and wait for >30 days., then the Game Stick is not what as advertised., controllers delayed response or most of the time not even working, there's no proper search button working so u have to scan an entire worthless 58,000 games every
time, there's no Favorite game button proper as each time u select a game it becomes a favorite game so u have to delete it again and wait for the unresponsive controllers to work., PURE SHAM and SCAMMING people luring you stupid ads.

Game stick is took forever to arrive, in spite of paying extra for "priority processing." Some consoles didn't work at all, the rest run very poorly. Tried to return per their advertised guarantee, but they will only offer a partial refund. What a scam.

Gaming console (Arcade games) does not work. Very long delay. Reported the problem, took ages to reply and when they did they offered a 30% partial refund.
