VRG Grl is becoming my go to for fun shirts and dresses. I really feel like they understand what’s trending and are also ahead of the curve. I have gotten some great beachy dresses for trips to Costa Rica and recently some very fun shirts for an upcoming European vacation. I love the small batch collections they do as well, it makes it feel more thoughtful of what they are putting out there.

Super happy with my first purchase from this brand. A dress I’d been eyeing came back in stock and I jumped on it. I was nervous to order from Australia but I followed the size chart and it fit perfectly. Super happy!! Also, price is reasonable for the quality.

I ordered a dress back in May that was terrible quality and sent it back right away. It’s almost august and they still have not refunded me and claim that my shipment has not reached them yet, which is simply not possible. This same thing happened to me 2 years ago and they never refunded me for items, and I finally decided to try to shop here again and they’ve done it again.

The owners of Vrg girl understand the concept of expression and that come out with their clothes, absolutely adore this brand and I literally own almost every piece, it’s essential to have at least 1 Vrg girl item in your closet!

I’ve never been one to be comfortable in dresses or found many that fit well, this dress though has nailed it! I honestly could’ve sized down for a more fitted look across, no matter though as it still has a perfect silhouette! The fabric is silky and is the perfect length, this dress is one for all events in life! Coffee date with your doggo? Add a chunky knit and sneakers, drinks with your girls? Chunky boots and a blazer, date night? Mules and a dainty bag! PERFECT💖

My purchases from verge girl have been perfect! The whole site is my style and ever piece I have purchased fits me like a glove and makes me feel like I’m on a euro holiday everyday. The only thing I could say would be I feel like the clothes are made more for average sized girls (I’m very tall) but everything still fits me, just a little short on the skirts and shorts. The quality is awesome and the linen fabric looks so expensive! Would recommend to anyone. I can’t wait for the new collection to come out.

I have ordered many pieces from this brand and they never disappoint. All item pieces are unique and unlike other brands. If only I wasn’t studying Uni full time I would probably end up buying the whole shop :)

Ok so many reasons:
1. The style of clothing is different to every other brand. Unique compared to the usual options we have in nz. Feels like a style of outfits that finally fits my identity.
2. Quality clothing! The fabric, cut and stitching is on another level yet still affordable.

4. There’s not an overwhelming volume of clothing in each drop.. just enough that I find I’m critically considering how each piece would fit in a long term wardrobe. But at same time I’m counting down days till the next drop. It’s the perfect balance.

I ordered on May 28th and was keeping an eye on the tracking which hasn’t updated since June 2nd. I emailed them about a week after that to check in and see if they had any more information which they did not. They said they’d open an inquiry with the shipping company and get back to me, which they have not. At this point I’ve emailed a couple more times and reached out on Instagram to no response. Before I was hoping for a refund or store credit and now I just feel as though I’ve been scammed out of money that I worked hard for. Very disappointed :(

Edit: They have gotten back to me and have started the process for a refund so I added two more stars. The customer service representatives were nice but didn’t communicate in a super timely manner. I’m just really bummed out because I love this brand and have ordered in the past and although they offered me a refund this time they said they don’t usually for missing parcels with no explanation as to why that is, even though I explicitly asked. Now I don’t feel confident ordering from them going forward :(

I love this clothing company! Their designs are unique and fun, their customer care is excellent, and their prices are affordable. I’m so glad I discovered them. I am constantly checking their website for new pieces to add to my closet. If they started an ambassador program I would love to be apart of it, 100% support their company.

I've gotten some really cute clothes from here, and generally the customer service and shipping is really good!

However, I did dock them one star, because one time I left a 3-star review on a dress (it was so cute but just way too short) and my review was never posted - which I thought was a bit disingenuous of them. I'd actually bought the dress after reading the other reviews so I thought it was misleading for them to do this.

VRG Girl is the goat of online fashion these days. Since creating their own pieces they have completely changed the brand and the experience. The styles are all so unique and the quality is amazing! Everything is so timeless yet so 'cool'. Their customer service is also a 10/10, very responsive :) Love it xx
