Really good customer service, especially Chiara.
I had two separate orders for delivery in the UK and one got stopped at customs and was being held unless is paid £70. This was an error and Chiara rectified it really quickly. They sent me another parcel which arrived really quickly.
There was a slight issue with one item which again was rectified so fast and I’m really grateful to Chiara for all her help.
The items are lovely, I personally got two sets of the shorts & tops in different patterns and I found them fabulous. I can’t wait to wear them on holiday next year I don’t understand people saying they look / feel like Shein quality!

Also die Preise sind doch jenseits von Gut und Böse.. ich habe mir vor längerer Zeit einige Stücke in meinen Warenkorb gelegt. Dann nach kurzer Zeit wurden die Sachen plötzlich teuerer.. statt 80€ plötzlich 110€ und heute werben sie mit einem 20% Sale nur um die Klamotten dann wieder zu dem Preis zu verkaufen, die sie ursprünglich schon hatten. 😂

Bad quality and misleading product pictures
I wanted to order from here for so long and when I finally did I’m totally disappointed. The products that arrived were terrible quality, the material is so thin and the items didn’t even look like the images on the site. It’s Shein level quality for about 10 times the price.
Only reason I’ve gave any stars is because the shipping was free and the customer service were nice. Just a shame the actual products are terrible.

Be careful buying from this site overseas, on their site the dress was $74.50 aud and they charged me €74.50 which if you know the exchanged rate it is almost double, they are trying to gaslight me that it is the correct amount.

VRG GRL community is amazing not only online but also in store. I shop at Warringah Mall store and the girls are so helpful and supportive of the items you pick out. Shocked that the items quality and cutting are worst than Cottonon or even maybe SHEIN. Honestly thought they were a boutique store quality, but with the recent 3 dresses and 1 skirt i purchased and received, none of the items zips were smooth and the material was paper thin-like for the dresses. Sizing was comparable to asian branded clothing sizes too. First and last purchase. Not even worth $5dollars a dress and they are selling it for $100plus per item average.

Very disappointed my jumper arrived but…
Very disappointed my jumper arrived but was too big and as I had been told they have a great refund policy ? Unfortunately not the case here. The jumper was way too big and I wanted to EXCHANGE for smaller which when ordering it gave no indication that I couldn’t do! I went through the process but it kept saying there was an “internal” issue ? This continued to happen. My daughter (who spends $$$$) tried to help in the end she was able to get a refund only of which was $20 less than it cost!!! When the postage was on $7.95 so I am $20 short with no jumper! Will not be buying from them again which is a shame when they have nice clothes☹️

Consistently fab
I consistently have great experiences with VRG GRL. I genuinely love their clothes, the styles are on trend but still wearable, and the quality has always been solid for me.
Their loyalty program is actually worthwhile and easy to use, returns are straightforward and hassle-free, and the website is one of the easiest fashion sites to navigate. I especially appreciate the detailed sizing reviews and transparency, it makes online shopping feel far less risky.
I also want to shout out the staff at Warringah Mall, they’re always friendly, helpful and make the in-store experience really pleasant.
Overall, a brand that clearly puts thought into both their products and customer experience. Highly recommend.

Don't order from the UK unless you are 100% sure.
I am severely out of pocket after ordering two items from the UK. The items I received were so oversized that they were unwearable, even when pregnant. Subsequently, it cost me over £30 to return these from the UK, and I lost a further £20+ in taxes which VRG girl said are not refundable. Customer service not helpful at all. Do not order from this site unless you are 100% sure of the fit and suitability of the items.
