I paid $100 for a checkered linen top from Vrg grl, just to have it arrive with a chunk of colour peeling off of the black square right on the front.
I emailed Vrg grl with an explanation and photos of the damage, as well of the tags still on the garment. They replied with a poor explanation about how peeling is expected with linen (why make such a top then?).
Vrg Grl have offered me either a store credit or a replacement of the top, which is not good enough.
I do not want a replacement of a top that they have told me will most likely peel again, nor do I want to support a shop who thinks $100 for such poor quality is okay.
At this stage, I will not shopping with them again

Simple and good experience. Purchased 2 items & also needed a return. I was eligible for the instant refund and received the parcel to return right away. The instant refund notified me the days remaining to return/keep refund or else the refund would be reversed. Did not need to contact customer service as their app was user friendly. Purchasing again!

The pieces are sooo beautiful but I just can’t get around the bad quality of everything I’ve bought recently, especially at the prices you buy them for. Overall pretty disappointed.

Customer service has been great, helpful and quick to respond. I love the products and the rewards program, but there is an opportunity in the sizing and the fit of products. For example, the sizing of 12/14 doesn’t cater for a bigger bust, wider hips, bigger bum etc. So people my size, size up so it’ll fit… but often it it doesn’t look right with the seams etc. So many cute products but often can’t buy them because a bra can’t be worn with it … or a bra alternative even.

I recently discovered VRG GRL and am loving every item I’d received from them. The quality feels great, much better than Zara and H&M but is not terribly expensive and shipping has been really fast to the states despite shipping from Australia. Will definitely continue shopping with VRG GRL in the future!

I love their designs but as soon as you wash their items they shrink considerably. I recently bought items for a holiday I wore them come home washed them then 7 weeks later took them on another holiday and none of them I could wear because I lost 3-5 inches off the length. This is a real down fall with their product.
