From start to finish the whole procedure was an experience and a half and Charmaine Macdonald was always willing to be of help even after I’d got home I had to ring and ask for help and she sorted it out

I picked up my Car from Nissan recently and had a great experience from start to finish. Paul was brilliant throughout the whole process friendly professional and really helpful. He made everything easy and stressed free kept me informed and took the time to answer all my questions. The car was presented perfectly on collection day and the customer service was excellent. Charmain is fantastic and a real asset to the sales team
Charmaine was really knowledgeable about the cars and products. She spent a lot of time with me on several occasions and I never felt rushed. She is very approachable and has excellent people skills; she also went above and beyond for me. Leigh Workman at the Darlington branch helped me through the process of buying my new Cupra, and he was fantastic!
