Our old car died on us and we needed a new one pretty quickly. Sarah got me a test drive on a ford puma,i loved it, I wanted it so I bought it all within a week. You couldn't ask for better service. The additional choice of covering the alloys, tyre and scratch damage was a no brainer and very well priced. A very straightforward process from start to finish. Adil Haq the sales assistant was brilliant, no forceful selling, just a very genuine guy. Took me back to the train station when I came up to test drive and picked me up when I came to collect. Its a shame that other garages I visited didn't offer the customer service that Adil offered, nothing was too much trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Vertu Ford Newcastle and definitely recommend asking for Adil.

Normally I hate talking to salespeople as there Normally pushy and full a bull#*t however Natalie was fantastic wasn't pushy every question I asked she knew the correct answear but I feel if she didn't know it shed find out correct way.
