Eddie the sales advisor was fantastic, helpful, patient and very knowledgeable without us ever feeling under any pressure, this guy is a fantastic advert for a very professional company from start to finish.
We had a couple of queries a few days later and called in on the off chance he was available. Eddie went out of his way to explain to us again how things worked and reassure us he would be pleased to help us in future with any technical issues that arose, we are both retired and this reassurance gave us complete peace of mind.

Great service from start to finish.
I arrived on site looking to replace my car that had been written off in an accident. I was welcomed by lukas on the pitch who after a bit of a chat found me the car I wanted. He explained the process and got the vehicle from brought over from another site. Within a few days I had a message to say the vehicle was on site and was invited for a test drive. I couldn’t believe it was here so quickly.
When I went to test drive the car he had already had it cleaned and looked lovely.
A few days later it was collection day. The car had received a full valet and he went the extra mile by having my suede seats cleaned for me.
Going through the paperwork was easy and everything was explained in full. I took advantage of a 3 years warranty for my peace of mind.
I honestly can’t thank Lukas enough. He was so pleasant throughout and made every effort to make it a seamless experience. Thank you.

Joe was absolutely fantastic! When I was first interested in the car, he drove it to my home for me to view it. Then when I bought the car, again he brought it to my doorstep! That is amazing customer service and I believe Joe went above and beyond every step of the way. Joe explained everything clearly and concisely so I knew exactly what was happening. He tried his utmost to give me the best possible price for my old car.
Infact, my husband is going to go to Vertu, Doncaster for his next car because we were so pleased with the brilliant customer service.

Was able to get a Q2 from Shaun for my mum, honestly amazing customer service, knowledgeable sales people,not pushy and quick and smooth processes. From seeing it on the site to putting a deposit down, car was immediately removed from the site, was able to pick it up with no delays and would highly recommend getting any future cars from here. Whilst I wasn't getting a Honda, they had a wide range of other cars so always worth checking their stock.

Fraudulent salesperson Adil Eddy and General Manager Lee upton backing wrong doing.

I went to Honda dealer in Doncaster. I left £99 deposit after viewing the vehicle VW Touran WL67EKF. I was dealt by Salesperson Adil Eddy who took my details and deposit from me and gave me receipt. I said to the sales person I will come back later with my wife and kids to view and test drive the vehicle. After 2 hours later I got phone call from Adil Eddy stating that the vehicle has failed its preparation and black smoking is emitting from the exhaust and needs a new turbo part which will cost them £1800 from VW so it's not worth it and we have to auction the vehicle so we will withdraw the vehicle from sale.

Later the same day I found out Adil Eddy sold the same vehicle to other customer and totally lied to me. The vehicle already gone through preparation and multi checks. So Adil Eddy did criminal activity by deliberately lying to me and giving me false informations about the vehicle and committig fraud

I have evidence what he said to me over the phone and a video which he asking me to bring the driving licence and once you happy the vehicle is ready to go.

I have raised my complain to Head office and spoke to Rosie who apologised and stated this should not have happened and also spoke to Sales Manager Stewart of Honda Doncaster who stated that I was right and investigation is taking place against the sales person

The Salesperson Adil Eddy did Sackable offence and hope Vertu get rid of him as he is giving Vertu a bad name and in the meantime he should be suspended and not hire this fraudulent sales person in the future.

I hope i should be compensated for the loss and all those false information and lied I received. I feel upset, angry and stressed the way I was treated and lost out on a vehicle which i initially left a deposit and was mine.
Shame on this sales person Adil Eddy a liar, a betrayer and fraudulent.

I will update once I received further updates from Vertu customer service and management team. Received response from Lee Upton General manager recently and he is just apologising via email thats it and using this as a technique to put my complaint under the carpet and deliberately ignoring me and would not speak to me on phone and backing up the wrong doings. Very corrupted staff. I'm taking legal action now. Also will be contacting CEO and Director of the company.

Upon arriving at vertu Honda my wife and I were welcomed with a nice greeting sign at the front door and then welcomed by ajay ,from the very start ajay looked after us both and made the buyer process very easy also found the right car for me which I am very pleased with I traveled from my home in East Yorkshire because I fully trust vertu and ajay to look after me as he did before when I bought my last car from them 4 years ago,thanks very much ajay and I look forward to doing my business with you and vertu again in the future
