​I cannot recommend the Motability service at Nissan highly enough, specifically thanks to Chloe. After having several poor experiences at other dealerships recently, I was feeling quite apprehensive about the process, but Chloe was amazing from start to finish.
​She provided a level of empathy and understanding that I hadn't found elsewhere, taking the time to truly listen to my specific needs rather than making me feel like just another customer. The entire process was incredibly seamless and stress-free because Chloe is clearly a specialist who knows the Motability scheme inside out. She handled every detail with such professionalism and patience that it completely restored my faith in the car-buying experience. If you want a gold-standard service from someone who actually cares, I highly recommend asking for Chloe.

My experience with Nissan Derby was absolutely excellent! My initial visit was to enquire about cars within my price range. First impressions were exceeded immediately. I was met by Chloe who was kind warm and welcoming from the start. She listened to my requests and nailed it from the start. We had the opportunity to have a test drive and off we went. Upon our return we spoke about all payment options but I knew I was a cash buyer, she didn’t push any options upon me which I liked. We kept in contact and I purchased the car. She ensured that the car was perfect for me to take away. I can’t recommend Chloe enough, from the beginning she was well informed about all the functions on my car, patient when I needed things explained in more detail, not afraid to ask others when I posed an awkward question and very polite and professional, she demonstrated excellent customer service. I’m so happy with my new car and my positive experience will have me recommending Chloe at Nissan Derby to my friends, family and work colleagues.

Beth was fantastic, she knew all the answers to my questions she didn’t need to go off to find out prices/values like other car dealer ships which made the process so much quicker. I was able to collect my new car after a couple of days which was brilliant and I was looked after by Richard who went through everything with me and gave me a run through of all the ins and outs of my new car with me before I left! Fantastic experience and service, would recommend to others :)

Experience was great, My sales person was patient and understanding, despite the fact that I was trying to decide betwedn 2 cars. She printed all the details off for each car so I could see which I felt was the best choice. She also answered all my questions or found out the answer if she needed clarification. An easy and reassuring experience.

Anthony Radford, was so welcoming I said what I was looking for and price wise , I thought it was gonna be a long day looking for a car but he went far and beyond. I felt relaxed all through my meeting with him and made me very comfortable thank you so much and all your help your a star. Absolutely amazing experience at Vertu derby, Tony was so helpful, talked me through everything, helped me making choices that was for my best interest, showed me all the gadgets on my new car, and has been amazing every step of the way!
When I picked my car up, Stephen the branch manager came and spoke to me thanking me for my custom, which was really lovely, never had that before, so I highly recommend vertu!
