Where do I start. Vertu skoda have looked after us for a fourth year now and I have nothing but praise for the entire team. Pressure free, highly professional, caring and have superb after sales service which is absolutely second to none. Special mention to Michal in sales, returned back to him for our second car. Spent all the time needed going through new features and refused to leave us until we were absolutely satisfied and ready to take to the road. Always a very warm welcome from the service department, staff on the main shop floor are first class and a credit to the dealership. Thanks all. Another customer very very happy indeed.

Great experience from all the team, provided all information and no question was a silly question. It wasn’t just me, interaction with my family when they came in just made it be more comfortable and easy to switch over to my new car.

From start to finish all the staff I spoke to were brilliant. Talked me through everything and were very clear about prices for everything I asked about. Charmaine was in constant contact and the whole thing was extremely simple.

Everything was fine except the Skoda Finance inability to process on-line finance documentation. Not everyone has "smart 'phone" with which to read Q Codes in order to access the finance documentation.
Darlington Skoda staff were professional, helpful and proficient.

Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I am in my 50’s and have bought a few cars over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Weve just picked up our 5th skoda from the darlington branch , as always my other half and i get 5 star service , its lovely when the staff recognise you on entering the show room , they also give us the best price , ( i think ) . This time we were served by Michal , hes a lovable cheeky chappie , a good asset to this branch , it was nice to see Shane back after a break away .
