How to buy a Yaris Cross in a few simple steps . . .
Really helpful review of all vehicles available which allowed us to hone down on a Yaris Cross and choose the exact model for us. We were not rushed at all, had a test drive which allowed us to check that it would fit in the garage and were offered an extremely fair price for the Auris we were trading in. The whole process took just a few days and the new car was set up for us, ready to drive away. The Manager also came out to meet us, saying that was his practice - and very much appreciated. Well done!

Buying a new car is a pleasure at Toyota Sheffield
Buying a new car is always a pleasure. Deciding which car to buy is confusing. To be honest I wanted a CRH by Toyota because I liked the look of it and having had Toyota cars previously I felt confident that the CRH would be reliable for years. I chose Vertu Sheffield and had the best time. The staff went out of their way to find me the car I wanted and were so friendly and helpful. I would certainly go back there in future with no doubt what so ever.

Visiting new Electric Toyota enquiry looking at the new electric …
Visiting looking at the new electric Toyota salesman came he said yes have a look at it and gone saw him again and asked him to send me deatails of self employed deals for 3 years He took the details and said he will email No reply till next day. No reply so next day rang again gentleman asked who it was I had no name he said he will find out well that was that so day after I rang again the new sales man took the detais again I am still waiting but I am sure I will find another helpful Toyota dealer very dissatisfied

I have bought link bars for my Toyota…
I have bought link bars for my Toyota Corolla, each was £147, paid around £300, I checked the other brands they much more cheaper than Toyota one, it’s big difference from euro car parts selling the same parts for £20-50. And I try to return it back they said we can’t get it back, please don’t get any part from them too expensive and you cannot get refund… they just ripping people off…

Thankyou for your feedback Mr Balim and I am sorry you feel dissatisfied with the service you have received from Vertu Toyota Sheffield , as you were made aware the front drop links you purchased were special order parts ordered specifically at your request and as such cannot be returned to Toyota UK , despite this we did accept a return minus the handling charge and you have been refunded accordingly
We will only supply genuine Toyota parts made specifically for your Toyota vehicle , we do appreciate there are after market parts available, but these are not made to the same high standards as Toyota genuine parts and do not always come with the same guarantees
