Disaster Seat Ibiza
The Seat Ibiza which was sold to me by Vertu had multiple serious problems. Within 6 months, 2 front Wheel bearings replaced, 2 new front tyres, new battery, red engine warning light on a motorway for catalytic converter issue and Lambda sensor for the engine running poorly and misfiring and average fuel economy below 30mpg. Spent over £2000 further to try and fix but car still not performing correctly. Sold vehicle at a substantial loss to avoid investing any further money. Will avoid Vertu in the future as poor customer service.

The saleswoman Ali Stafford made us feel totally at ease and answered all our questions without any hesitation, we’d looked what several other dealerships had to offer but were fed up of being almost pressured by the staff into getting one of their models. I bought my Seat Arona from Vertu Vauxhall in Durham. The staff were very helpful and answered any questions I had with regard to the car. Their detailer also sorted an issue which I’d found on one of the window rubbers. The staff were friendly and George Pepper was professional and informative.
