Not a good experience when I went to…
Not a good experience when I went to look at it it wanted body work on the passenger side the sales man said it would be all done when I picked it up it was parked beside another vehicle on that side so couldn’t see it but when I got it home they hadn’t touched the body work so what’s to say that the service etc has been done when they lied about the body work I phoned the sales man about it and they have booked it in on the 07/01/26 for the work to be done this is not very professional and dishonest to the customer so I hope they keep there word this time

Been buying cars from Vertu motors for a few years and the customer service is always excellent,my wife and I bought a Vauxhall Corsa Yes and my daughter bought a similar model in a different colour,we bought the cars at Vauxhall Durham and our salesman Gary Hann was as usual excellent in helping us through the purchase of the cars!!

Valuation turned into a New car :)
I was invited for a valuation for my car, knowing I'd also been actively looking for a new one. From the moment I stepped into the saleroom I was made to feel welcome and very comfortable. The gentleman who assisted me with choosing my new car has been fantastic, especially with my indecisiveness haha. Thank you so much to Martin and all of the team he works with. They've been amazing and have really great customer and communication skills.
