I would like to express my gratitude to Viki and Charlie for their assistance. After placing the order just before Christmas, they managed to install all the furniture the very next day, which was incredibly swift and professional.

This is the third time for me working with Vesta having furnished multiple flats. They have exceeded my increasingly high expectations every time with top quality products and absolutely amazing services. And I am not an easy customer to be satisfied. The furnitures that Samuel put together for our two-beds flat is from Vesta’s latest Prime Collection (Prime 2) and they are a perfect match with our flat. We have tenant moving in two days after completion and I believe Vesta’s beautiful furnitures is an important reason for the tenant choosing our flat over other similar flats in the same building. Charlie has been efficient, effective and well organized as always with window dressing measurements, delivery and installment, and coordination with all relevant parties. She helped me to deal with a last minute request by the tenant and doing so in good spirits. I cannot thank Charlie and Samuel enough for their products and services. They have earned my trust and vote of confidence and made it difficult for me to use anyone else. If possible, I would give Vesta seven stars. Five stars for quality of products and services. One extra star for consistency of high standards. Another star for going extra to help their customers. Highly highly recommended!

This is the first time I purchased furniture for a new build apartment In UK. Vesta provides various packages of furniture with different styles and prices, together with professional advice provided, really helping me to choose the best option for me.
The staffs are working very efficiently as well. They replied to my questions promptly. The furniture were set up in the following day after I got my key.
Lastly the staffs are very sincere.

What we really liked about Vesta is their quick responsiveness and commitment in their undertaking a successful project.
Once we agreed we went through a thorough design process, after several interviews with the family members Jonny was really able to understand the needs of my children on how they want their bedroom to be and feel like and he was just spot on. My wife also was very much happy also with the details of the materials choice presented from the fabrics of the sofa and pillows, to the colors of the rooms, the marble and mirror choice and finally the accessories that enhanced the whole living experience. The final result was just distinctive and beautiful ! Right on time delivery as promised without any single hassle and finally we have a lovely play and we all love it.

The process of understanding my needs & creating the Desighn went smoothly especially I was abroad. The designers were very helpful & open minded.
