Easy to acces & manage platform and helpful staff.

Vestd, and in particular Matt Horner, have provided such a great system with equally matched support and guidance. Setting up new EMI agreements, I've had Matt by my side the whole way through setting up the system, arranging share cap table updates, making share issue considerations, customising and digitising agreements, and then reporting on to HMRC via the platform. Vestd and Matt have made my life so much easier and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending their services.

Vestd makes the complex simple. A great way to manage stock transfers and other legal paperwork. Quick, intuitive, and way more cost effective than the alternatives. Excellent and responsive customer support, too.

We’ve recently completed the implementation of both Growth Share and Unapproved Option schemes with Vestd, and the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

As a founder preparing for institutional investment, having a clean, well-structured cap table was absolutely critical. The process is far more complex than it appears on the surface, but Vestd handled it with professionalism, clarity and patience throughout. Vestd is a powerful and very useful platform. It pays back pretty quickly once you get to grips with it. I'm constantly finding new ways to use it, reduce my admin time, produce professional documents and avoid costly legal fees. Customer service is good. Firaz and Ben have been especially helpful.

We use Vestd as a platform to manage our Employee Stock Option Program (ESOPs), and overall it is a well designed and reliable solution.

I want to be candid and fair in this review. There was a phase earlier when we experienced frequent changes in SPOCs which impacted continuity and service quality. It was frustrating at the time and affected our overall experience.

However things changed significantly when James Schembri stepped in. He proactively assured us that there would be no further SPOC changes and that I could reach out to him directly for any queries. Since then the experience has been excellent. James has been extremely efficient, quick to respond, and consistently helpful. He understands the context well and resolves queries without unnecessary back n forth.

Thanks to James my confidence in Vestd’s service has been fully restored. I am sure he will be a real asset to the company and has materially improved our experience with the platform.

I've been using Trica for the last couple of years for ESOP administration. From the ease of onboarding to updating employee data/policies, it is pretty seamless. The account manager (Sanjeet Sawant) has been really helpful in quick resolution of issues.
