Excellent from start to finish sorted my door fault out which had not been working for a few years

Veteran Locksmith were supper speedy to action my request and come to attend. It felt like nothing was too much trouble and the locksmith who attended was knowledgeable and helpful and fixed the issue with 30 minutes. I cannot recommend enough as from start of enquiry to resolution, the process ran seaminglessly and the staff friendly polite and courteous.

From our first contact with Murray to our visit from Andy it was excellent. Andy was friendly, efficient and helpful - sorted out our problems in no time. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service obtaining and cutting a key for an unusual lock.

Phoned late morning to get a quote for a new mortice lock. It was supplied and fitted by 2pm the same day!
Not exactly cheap, but nothing is these days......
Andy was very polite and efficient.

From the first phone call, made to a very friendly and helpful lady receptionist (Lisa), right through to a very competent and reliable locksmith (Julian) who called and fixed my window and door handles, I received first class service. It is good to know such a service orientated locksmiths are only a phone call away 24/7-and for emergencies as well.

This was the second time we have used Veteran Locksmiths and I thoroughly recommend their services. We had problems with locking UPVC windows and it was sorted quickly and efficiently. Veteran Locksmiths stock new replacement handle repair kits for old patio sliding doors and conservatory double doors. Walked in and they matched my broken part exactly, no back order, in stock on the shelf for 20 year old doors amazing in a world where you cant buy locally these days.
