Vevor is the best companies to deal with
Vevor is one of the best companies to deal with have ordered multiple things from them had a piece missing sent a message in 3 days it was at my door. They're so good I ordered 10 led 4ft lights Thursday around 11am it was here Friday at 2pm. I always check when buying something if vevor has it before I look anywhere else everything from my chainsaw to my dent puller and lights has been a extremely well made product. Thanks for everything you guys do keep up the excellent service

The delivery was faster than expected and the raised beds are of good quality. A few hours of work putting them together is needed. The instructions could have been a little better but were helpful. I look forward to next spring and growing vegetables in them!

Vevor water softener warranty not being honoured
I purchased a 64,000-grain water softener that developed a severe internal control valve failure 8 months into ownership, causing violent water hammering during the rinse cycle. I provided clear photographic proof showing an unobstructed drain line, along with diagnostic proof confirming the internal valve defect.
Despite being well within the advertised 1-year warranty, VEVOR support ignores the evidence and repeatedly sends automated copy-paste emails to check for a "kinked drain hose." They refuse to review photos or dispatch replacement parts.
Terrible customer service and non-existent warranty support for Canadian buyers. The auto generated responses can take days and they simply instruct the same thing.
Avoid if you expect post-purchase warranty backing on major home equipment. Spend a little more money to buy from someone reputable who will back their product warranties.

I recently bought a pressure washer extension wand (25ft) it was the complete kit including the scrub brush and harness. I'm impressed with the quality, not commercial grade but high end residential. It will last for years! It came with adapters to fit my pressure washer hose so I did not have to search for something "TO WORK" I did over 200 feet of eves trough without any issues at all! very impressed! Delivery was quick there was no damage to the product even though it was a 5 ft long box that could have easily been bent. The price for what I received was very fair!
