Delivery was slightly ahead of schedule and the overall quality appears to be good. Only one concern is that when the electric cable is being recoiled the last 6 feet or so doesn’t feed onto the spool... Toon meer

Great product at a very competitive price. I bought the 45ft retractable 12/3 extension reel. Well made and fast delivery. Really pleased with everything that I have bought from Vevor. I will certainly be using them again.

Poor customer service
I placed an order with Vevor on Sept. 3, 2026. There were two parts to my order and they were to arrive by the 8th to 14th. One part arrived on the 14th without issue. I’m still waiting for the other part and they repeatedly keep asking me for my address because the courier can’t deliver it. How do they not have my address if half of the order is already here???
Trying to get updated information just gets computer responses saying the same thing.
Very frustrating and very poor customer service.
So they never did get the package to me. After giving them my address repeatedly, the courier never got it somehow and sent it back to the supplier. It was at that time I had them cancel the order and I bought one which I think is quite a bit better off Amazon which was at my door the next day. I hadn’t checked Amazon first and should have.
Their response when cancelled was “ yeah sorry about that, hope you will shop with us again”.
I don’t foresee that happening.
