1 Star – Defective Product and Terrible Customer Service

I purchased an inflatable floating dock from VEVOR, and it arrived with a manufacturing defect. One of the seams was not properly sealed, causing the dock to leak air immediately. I provided clear video evidence showing a continuous stream of air bubbles escaping from the faulty seam while the dock was submerged in water.

Instead of replacing the defective product or issuing a refund, VEVOR has dragged the process out for more than two weeks. They repeatedly ask for more information or send generic messages, including links to repair videos, despite this being a manufacturing defect that cannot reasonably be repaired by the customer.

The most disappointing part has been the customer service. Rather than standing behind their product, they appear to delay the process and avoid taking responsibility for a defective item.

If you’re considering buying an inflatable product from VEVOR, be aware that if you receive a faulty item, you may face a lengthy and frustrating warranty process instead of a straightforward replacement or refund.

I would not purchase from VEVOR again based on this experience.

I purchased a trampoline on March 29th (Order #26032900957405025652) that was advertised to support 204 kg. However, the product is structurally failing and sinking. When I contacted VEVOR support, they admitted via chat that the trampoline actually only supports 114 kg.

This is a blatant case of false advertising and a serious safety risk for my family. VEVOR refused to provide a prepaid return label and told me to 'deal with PayPal' instead of taking responsibility for their deceptive marketing.

I have screenshots of the 204 kg advertisement and the agent's admission of the real weight limit. I demand a full refund and a prepaid return label immediately. I will be reporting this safety hazard to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the FTC."
 I have suffered three physical falls because the trampoline collapsed under my weight. I have sustained visible physical injuries and a severe hematoma (bruising) on my leg. This is no longer just about money; it is a major liability issue. VEVOR is selling a dangerous product that causes physical harm. I have documented my injuries and I am preparing a formal report for the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) and considering legal action for personal injury."

Bought a electric motor and built a compressior with spare parts I owned a used pump it was rated for a 3hp motor and the tank I had owned for 30 years bought a 3.7 hp motor it lasted 5 months they refused to stand behind it because the pump was rated at 3 hp but the motor was a 3.7 ??? They said it was the wrong motor a 3hp would not had trouble now we all know here in the USA the a little more is better the not enough I told them the the pump was rated at 3hp up but the 3.7 motor would not be warranted because it was to big for the pump ok the pump wasn't the thing that went bad it was the cheap junk I bought so stay far away from this company warranty seems to be as bad as the junk there selling

Purchased an expensive pool pump not even a year old and is burnt up. They are avoiding just replacement of their faulty equipment and making me jump through hoops when it’s clearly burnt up and a fire and electrical hazard. Do not purchase their cheaply made products

To honestly there products are genuine, I love those ice cream machines, especially that ice cream shaker.

I recently bought a hybrid bike, and I wanted to let you know that it arrived on time and everything was perfect. I'm not giving it 5 stars because the website says it can be used up to a height of 5'9", but that's not true because the bike is small; it would be suitable for a size S or M, but not L. The gear changes are a bit rough. I think the price is too high for the quality of the bike. However, the bike does meet all the specifications listed on the website. The total cost was $281.

​My Vevor tennis ball machine, a purchase of over $1,200, suffered a complete mainboard failure after just three weeks of normal use. While a defective product is unfortunate, the customer support that followed is why I am urging everyone to avoid this company.

​No Real-Time Support: Vevor has no customer support phone number. Your only option is to submit an online form and engage in a slow back-and-forth email exchange, with long delays between responses.
​An Unreasonable "Solution": After weeks of communication, Vevor's official solution was to mail me a new motherboard and instructions. They expected me, the customer, to dismantle the high-voltage electronic equipment and perform a complex internal repair myself.
​An Insulting Offer: When I informed them that this was an unacceptable—and illegal—remedy under U.S. consumer law, they simply repeated the offer. To sweeten the deal, they offered me $124 in compensation for doing their repair work on the $1,200+ machine I had just purchased.
​Bottom Line: The issue isn't just that I received a faulty machine; things happen. The core issue is Vevor's post-sale support policy. They refuse to properly stand behind their products and instead place the burden of difficult, technical repairs onto their customers. If you buy from Vevor, you are taking a significant risk that if anything goes wrong, you will be on your own.

I should have found this site prior to ordering from this flim-flam company, for the lack of better words, they run you through the ringer over and over again hoping you'll just go away, I purchased a retractable ladder for $75.00 that hasn't operated properly since i received it! My advice is to stay away!!! Find another supplier in case you have an issue; trust me it won't ever get resolved through Vevor**

I am so upset with this company I paid for a 15x15 Heat plate and you guys sent me a 12x15 and there is no number to call to get this matter fixed. Can someone please help me.

I went searching for a push magnet to pick metal pieces up from the grass and pavement. I saw Vevors ad and decided to examine the tool over, under, sideways and down then saved it to look at other brands. I went back to the Vevor web and purchased it, well, 6 or 7 months later my friends sister ran over it and that bent the handle, the wheel and axel. I contacted Vevor for parts and the lady asked me to send a picture but I sent 3. There was another department she had to work with and to my surprise she called or emailed and said they decided to send me a new magnet same as the one run over because it was still under warranty and keep the broke one. I never had a warranty covered for something broke that was my fault. When I’m advised that my friends sister is coming over I run outside and check everywhere even the lawn and clear anything of value until she leaves lol.

Vevor emailed a 24 hour sale to of which I saw a portable refrigerator/freezer that I was interested in. The advertised price was $178.99,yet when I followed their link, the price jumped up $46 to $224.99. I reached out and have yet to get a legitimate response. I believe they're using AI. In my opinion this is false advertising!

Pool Pump quit working at 11 months, they would not replace pump even know it has a 12 month warranty. They just flim flam you via chat until you give up, they want me to prove that it doesn't work, had to send multiple vidoes of it not working and they just keep asking for more. I don't suggest buying anything from them that has a motor.

Untrustworthy company. They sold me faulty parts I have troubleshooted them and they keep giving me a runaround while I still have a broken gate. I have bought other stuff for them but never again. Buyer beware. I actually have stuff under the tree right now that is going back because I can't trust that they will stand behind their products.

UPDATE I have been notified that Vevor is sending me a replacement parts. I will change and update this review when the part arrives.
UPDATE #2 THY HAS AGREED TO EITHER A PARTIAL REFUND OR REPLACE THE BAD PART. I CHOSE REPLACE THE BAD PART. NOW AFTER WE MADE THIS AGREEMENT THEY WANT TO START ASKING QUESTIONS AGAIN THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED. I THOUGHT THIS WAS SETTLED. NOW I TOLD THEM TO FORGET AND JUST GIVE ME THE PARTIAL REFUND AND IVE BEEN GHOSTED AGAIN. IF I DON'T HEAR BACK I WILL POST ALL THE EMAILS NEXT.

Regarding your product issue, the technician would like to know whether the machine malfunctioned right after it was installed or if it malfunctioned after being used for a period of time.
Once again I explained the issue and what the part did to malfunction, I said just give me the $100 refund instead because they are stalling and I'm done with them.

Placed an order 4 times, 2 times the product arrives defective, money back seems impossible. I will post this review after the last delivery. everything is being tried again to not pay back anything, after more than a week of emailing and photos and film that I had to make and submit, it was said that the product is good and that the rattling and the pieces that fall out are not bad is that I don't have to investigate what rattles and I can just use it, it is a flammable dangerous product. I have made it clear that it is very wrong advice to plug a flammable product that rattles and pieces fall out into the socket. first there was no response, then 20 euros compensation was offered, then 50 euros was offered. weeks of nagging. vevor does not send a return address and no refund, but they offer ridiculously low compensation amounts that do not cover the product. my money is good and i need a good product. I want a good product or my money back, nothing else. luckily I ordered insured with visa. never order from vevor again. what a crap.
