Never book with this company.

You pay everything upfront assuming you get everything you paid for. If you complain about a broken bed, non-working USB-plugs and inform the crew, they completely ignore you. They offer you a 10% coupon which is worth nothing if you are a foreigner leaving the country on a short basis.

They decide that it is their policy that they cannot refund more, while this is legally not even allowed.

Please book not with Vexere, total scam.

We booked a trip from Ninh Binh to Hue with HK Buslines via Vexere and paid a surcharge for a "Double Cabin". When we boarded the bus, we realized that the "Double Cabin" is exactly the same size as a regular single cabin! When we complained, Vexere customer service took zero responsibility and pointed to the fine print stating that both single and double cabins are 180x90 cm. Selling a 90cm wide bed as a "Double Cabin" and charging extra for it is highly deceptive and a complete rip-off. You are paying a premium for absolutely nothing. Save your money, do not book the double cabin, or better yet, choose a different company. Customer service was completely unhelpful. Avoid!

The simple task of booking a train ticket - turned into a 6 hour marathon with this unprofessional / impolite company.

First they prevent my payment - then after several attempts - they process TWO bookings. They have a HOTLINE which gets answered NEVER (we tried 10+ times number of answered calls - 0)

Their only assistance was telling me to go to the station and purchase directly.

Unprofessional, impolite, and rude.

Disappointing experience despite very friendly onboard staff.
First, the meeting point shown on the app was incorrect. Fortunately, our Grab driver helped us find the actual departure point.
More importantly, we found the “Couple Room” booking option quite misleading. We booked it for two people, assuming it would provide a sleeping space adapted for two. However, Vexere explained to us that the Couple Room is exactly the same size as a Solo Room, with simply two people sharing the same space. For a journey of more than 14 hours, this was extremely uncomfortable.
We also received only one meal and one bottle of water for two passengers.
After several emails with Vexere, no compensation or partial refund was offered. During the journey, staff also took photos of us in our berth twice at the request of management, without giving us any clear explanation, which we found uncomfortable.
On the positive side, the onboard staff were genuinely kind, helpful and professional.
Overall, the staff were great, but the booking information should be much clearer, especially regarding the actual space provided by a Couple Room.

​Vexere operates like a complete trap for travelers. They charge you upfront under the promise that you can select specific seats. However, once you arrive, their partner bus operators completely ignore your reservation.

When we showed our confirmed front-seat booking, the driver was hostile and forced us into different seats.
​To make matters worse, you are completely trapped. Even if you want to cancel on the spot due to their bait-and-switch tactics or the driver's mistreatment, Vexere refuses to refund your money. They take your cash, sell non-existent seat guarantees, and give you zero recourse when things go wrong. They trap customers from every angle.

​Do not use Vexere unless you want to get scammed out of your money and forced into a terrible experience!

This was the worst experience I have ever had in Vietnam. Choose another platform instead.

To start, I booked a limousine transfer from Hanoi to Sapa with HK BUSLINES via Vexere.com.

I arrived at the pickup point 45 minutes before departure. Despite having already notified them that I would arrive 30 minutes before the trip, they kept texting me from an hour beforehand asking where I was.
But let’s leave that aside. They boarded us onto a shuttle bus and took us to their station. Our bus was supposed to leave at 15:30. It wasn’t until 15:40 that they finally informed us that the driver had food poisoning and another bus would take us instead. They put us onto a second shuttle bus and drove us to their garage, 15 minutes away. When we arrived, we boarded a third bus, and our actual journey finally began around 16:15.
After a stop at the airport, and about an hour later, they pulled over and forced us to get off, only to make us board a sleeper/night bus that was waiting there. Nobody asked me if I wanted to transfer to a night bus, nor was I informed beforehand.
When I texted the company, they claimed there was a technical issue with the air conditioning. However, the AC was working perfectly fine; the truth was that our bus only had 5 passengers, and they just wanted to combine two routes into one because the night bus also had low occupancy.
HK BUSLINES customer service was a joke. Apart from offering empty apologies—and even sending me the wrong apologetic message meant for a completely different bus at one point—they did absolutely nothing. I complained to Vexere.com and all they managed to negotiate with HK was coupons for a future ride with HK (as if I would ever book with them again).
This is the first time in my life that I have demanded a refund due to terrible service. HK never asked if I was okay with changing buses—there was a specific reason I chose a limousine over a night bus—nor did they care if a passenger was claustrophobic.
Terrible service, primarily from HK BUSLINES, but also from Vexere.com, who completely failed to protect their B2C customer and simply backed up their B2B partner.

Cannot understand the low scores some have given we've used this company all over Vietnam and have found them great. Competent drivers and helpful assistants which has been great as we travel with a wheelchair. The pick up and drop off at the hotels has been spot on arriving when they say they are and not 45mins late like some companies we've used.

I don't recommend ordering transportation through this app. Drivers only have local phone numbers and there's no way to contact them. The pickup location wasn't specified at all, and I wasn't informed of its location until seven minutes before departure. It's utter chaos and a complete lack of communication. No one even tried to call me!

An exceptionally stupid app. When you choose to pay on the spot at the bus station, it never lets you proceed until your order is confirmed.
Different bus companies, different options. No, there are no on-site payment options. Only with a card. But after you confirm your registration, they start spamming you with all sorts of useless crap.

Absolutely not trustable company they left me there without letting me know that they are not going to pick me up and I almost lost my flight

The absolute worst experience. I highly suggest no one uses this. The level of communication regarding pick up and time is pathetic. They don't care about passengers and if you are a backpacker, they definitely don't care. Prepare to miss a lot of buses if using vexere. Their standard is just poor.

Pagamos un suplemento para continuar viaje a destino, el primer autobús nos dejó a mitad de camino sin bus para continuar, fue imposible contactar con Vexere, tuvimos que pagar taxi para llega a otra ciudad. Después de reclamar nos dice que no nos pagan el taxi, y se niegan a indemnizar con el 150% Como ellos mismos anuncian. Todo muy lamentable.

Best service, when I change my ticket.

It is convenience, I booked bus ticket from HCM to Dalat and it was good experience.

I’ve booked tickets with Vexere so many times, both for flights and buses, and it’s always been a smooth experience. The app is super easy to use, and what I love most is that it saves all of my information and my family’s names. That way, when I need to book, it only takes a few minutes. I can easily find tickets to many provinces like Đà Lạt, Nha Trang, and Hà Nội, which makes traveling so much more convenient. Highly recommend for convenience and reliability!

When something goes wrong they refuse to help you or refund you.

Just like a scam, they guarantee my booking but then they just tell me the slot i bought is no longer available.

Très bonne expérience avec eux. Leur site n’ajoute pas de frais cachés, ils sont réactifs et confirment la réservation de suite. En cas de problème on reçoit un mail pour gérer le sujet. Top.

Waited for the bus from 2100 to 2300 never showed up. Afwul company please please please dont book through them
