This card has been a great asset on my travels. I've been going for 5 months now (with a few more to go) and my Easy FX card has saved me a fortune in additional fees, which I noticed my credit card had been charging on every overseas transaction. I use it for all my hotel bookings, local shopping and ATMs.

Had this card for a number years now. I have web site access and mobile phone app access. Transactions are quick and appear on statement within seconds.
My interaction with their customer service was fantastic, their customer support representative was professional, patient and ensured that my enquiry was dealt with, to a satisfactory conclusion.

James was outstanding from start to finish with all of our needs. He couldn’t have done anymore for us and was always on hand to help or offer support with any questions we had. I have been a client for other similar companies over the years for foreign currency exchange requirements but James and the team are a class above them all. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone to give them an opportunity if you require a similar type of service. We are delighted to have secured a good rate whilst purchasing our dream holiday home. 10/10 for James Underhay and the EasyFx team.

Been using this travel card for a few years now it's really good useful in different countries as I go on a lot of cruises you can swop rates as needed in the app. Very small charges for cash.would highly recommend this card and company t.slack

I had an issue matching up my VFX account with my other bank account. Kelly from Customer Care was extremely helpful in identifying the problem and following up. My emails and calls were answered promptly. Excellent service

Great at getting problems rectified, very quick to reply to any problems/questions you ask .

I originally had an EasyFX currency card but once our dog became elderly and ill we stopped going on holiday. This year we have finally started going abroad again but the card had expired. I was able to order a new card and reset the password so I could access the original account to see the balance and add to it. It was excellent to use on holiday in both ATMs and as a chip and pin card to pay directly for services. I will be checking the balance and start topping up the account again ready for when we decide where to go on holiday next time.

The person on the phone was friendly and very professional. I would have given 5 stars the only reason I didn't was that surely this could have been done by email or app. I really don't see why you should have to ring up. As when any of my other cards get close to expiry they are just sent out no phone call needed.

I sold my overseas property and trusted EasyFX to handle the exchange into £ sterling, and I was very glad I did. Not only did they give me the best exchange rate I could find, but as a new customer, they were helpful, responsive and reassuring. I had a problem with my online account (user error) and their Support Team phoned me straight away and talked me through exactly what I needed to do. Their security measures and communications are exemplary, with texts and emails confirming every stage of the process. Although I was attracted by the competitive exchange rate, it was their exceptional service and support which makes them the complete package.

James Underhay has been our sole contact at EasyFx, helping us with transferring our sterling to euros to buy a property in Spain. He has been extremely professional, very knowledgeable and approachable. James has understood the process and given us confidence in ensuring the funds were in the right place at the right time and in fact he has been “Our Guardian Angel” throughout. We would thoroughly recommend EasyFx and in particular James.

Great service from EasyFx

James & Kelly helped us with the transfer of funds from a house sale in the UK to Europe. James was extremely helpful & supportive, answering all questions promptly and through out, they provided excellent advice. EasyFx made the entire process understandable, transparent and painless. The rate received was very competitive and I can highly recommend them.

At present I am only part way through the process of obtaining my EasyFX travel card. I am awaiting a letter giving me the final activation stage and the card itself.
Great praise for Kelly and April helping me through the initial stages of setting up the account. The only frustrating part was waiting for the email giving me a password to proceed.
The security level of this process was extremely high (as it should be).
A further review will be posted here when I receive the card and use it.

After my own stupid mistake of letting my card expire, I received great support and reassuring advice.

The EFX Card has made our overseas trips much easier. No hassle, so no currency worries.
You can build up your credit as slowly as you like and spending on it is always easy as long as you stay in credit. Used everywhere there is cash machines.

We have been dealing with this company for many years (started when it was still SATFX), and transfers have been a breeze.
Customer service has always been excellent, and any/all questions we've ever had were answered promptly. A very professional, efficient service, with a friendly personal touch. Thank you, James Underhay, for all of your help.
