Everything was okay with the exception of shipping address. It appeared that the address for the shipping was going to be the payees address. I needed the product shipped to a friend "Rick Rollison," but I had to pay for it with my credit card which was turned down Cap One until I verified that the transaction was valid. On most online websites, like Amazon, it ask if the shipping address is the same or if it is to be sent to another address as a gift. If this was on your website, I could not find it, if it was, then my apologies.

The style was very appealing so I was willing to take a chance. I hope the quality is good and I received my product.

Purchased the 250 year whiskey flask. Pure garbage. The “bottle” is not crystal and only has stickers on it. No bell for the top. DO NOT BUY !! Anyone involved with this product are scammers and should be ashamed. Garbage product from garbage people.

The company Vianys advertised online a beautiful custom made full size whiskey decanter with a Liberty Bell stopper that celebrated the 250th anniversary of the USA. I purchased 4 for $100, plus $9.97 in shipping What I received was an miniature cheap brown glass bottle with a sticker on it. The stopper was a plastic cap with no design (no Liberty Bell) I contacted the company via their support email (they don't provide a phone number) and told them I wanted a full refund since what I received was no even remotely close to what was advertised. The company responded in an email offering me $15. They said I would need to send the "decanters" back to China if I wanted a full refund (which would cost anywhere from $50-$100) and when they received them they would let me know if I would get my refund, or I could just accept the $15.00 refund. I told them again I wanted a full refund. The company responded offering me $30. I told them a third time I wanted a refund. The company told me the only option is to ship the products back to China. It is absolutely ludicrous that the product was shipped to me from the US for less than $10, but then to get a refund for what what clearly a knockoff counterfeit product I would need to spend another $50-$100 in shipping costs with no guarantee I would get my refund. This company is clearly putting out false advertising and cheating consumers who are dissatisfied with the products ordered.

I ordered a 250th anniversary decanter, but it looked nothing like the photograph on the website. It had a cheap decal rather than the raised decoration shown in the pictures. The decanter stopper was supposed to be a Liberty Bell; however, it was a nondescript, plastic stopper. And then I wouldn't call what I received a decanter. It make hold the equivalent of a flask.

Very easy to navigate the website and to see the vibrant colors. I purchased three to give to three special men in my life on Independence Day who served our country.

PICTURES ARE WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS,BUT I WOULD HAVE LIKED TO SEE DIMENSIONS.PRESENTATION IS AWSOME AND EASE OF ORDERING COULD NOT BE BETTER. I LIKE THE IDEA THAT YOU CAN'T FIND THIS STATUE ON AMAZON!

It was easy to select what I wanted to buy and it was pretty easy to check out. I'm thankful that there weren't any extra pop-up windows that caused an extra purchase I didn't want. I'm thankful the experience was pleasant.

Falsche Ware erhalten. Produkte entsprach nicht meiner Bestellung. Für 100$ billiges Chinesenzeug erhalten, obwohl in den USA bestellt. Absender aus China. Keine Rückerstattung trotz Fotobeweise vom Inhalt und Verpackung. Keine Vernünftigen Antworten auf Fragen. Betrügerische Abzocker aus den USA und China. Finger weg!!!!!!!!!!

They are an absolutely scam. I bought two winter clothing's from them with the hope of receiving the items. For almost a month, i haven't received the items, and there is no way you can reach them.
In fact what annoyed is the shipping carrier they purported to be using. I hope there is a way for them to be shutdown.

15$ Rückerstattung oder Ware nach China zurück schicken um den vollen Betrag zurück zu erhalten. Portokosten nach China zwischen 70 und 80$!
Nachlieferung der richtigen Ware wird nicht angeboten und schon gar nicht vorgeschlagen. Auch nach mehreren Nachfragen gibt es keine Neusendung. Neue Betrugsmasche?? Teure Ware bestellen und falschen, billigen Chinaschrott erhalten. 8-tung!!!!!!!!!! Besser Finger Weg.
