I ordered one Vianys Patriot Grenade Coast Guard for my brother, Then one Vianys Patriot Grenade Army for my neighbor and one Vianys Patriot Grenade Navy for me. Just waiting for them.

Well, it would have been better if they had stated this container was only 5 inches long and 2 inches high. And empty. The picture is basically misrepresentation of the canister. Its nothing you're going to show off. AND SURE AS ELL NOT worth 59.00 with shipping.

My mother ordered me a cat lamp and the photos looked delightful, like a stained glass kitty. What I got is not what is pictured, and it took a very long time to arrive. It looks cheaply made and not at all like stained glass.

I am still waiting after ordering 2 cat lamps on 14/5. Having read the reviews I am not optimistic. I would not have ordered had I known it was a Chinesecompany. BIG RIP OFF!!!

I should have known better. I ordered a product fron Viany that totaled $57 US. Shipping (from China, which I was not aware was the origin) is indicated as $9.99 US. The product was subpar and not what was advertised (Big surprise?! Thank you Insta...TikTok...my bad for falling for what "looks to good to be true"). Anyway, there is a 30 day window in which you can return your item (from date SHIPPED not date received). I received the item on day 21 and I was out of town a few days, so the item sat on my porch. This does NOT leave a lot of time for opening/trying the product, contacting/getting response from customer service, getting to the post office for post mark, or return ship time. GMAFB?! While they responded fairly timely, they indicated it is approximately $40-50 to reship and they can offer an $8 refund. What a fricking scam. And I've heard this all before from other companies and reviews (originating from China).

I went to the post office just to see. I asked about the ship fee, which turned out would be roughly $20, to mail what I ordered. I therefore asked Viany customer service that if I MAILED it with my own shipping source (not their return label), would they refund me my full amount of $57. (This would net me a $37 return but that is better than $8, am I right?). I'm still waiting on a response and TOMORROW is the last day I can post mark the mailing to meet the return window. Total joke and scam. I should have known better. I'm disappointed in myself. I should have figured the product would not be as wonderful as advertised AND should have considered the crazy return circumstances. I will likely just have to forego any refund and chalk it up as a lesson learned.

Was very easy to use yourr website from my phone BUT when I tried to submit the site kept returning to the validation site and wouldn't let me submit. Finally it went thru but had it not, I was going to quit. Sue Banks

What a waste of money. The ad showed a beautiful eagle that looked large, majestic, and powerful. The bottle we received looked like a tiny, short penguin with a top hat. What a disappointment and a huge waste of $50!!!!

Im writing this review so people will be aware of their poor customer service. I bought bras online before reading the reviews about this store. That same day maybe 30 min. After i message their customer service to cancel my order so it doesnt get delivered and I dont get charge. I emailed them 2x no reply from them. They dont want to answer for the obvious reason that they dont want to loose a sale that day. This is a lesson learned. Do not buy anything from Facebook. They are either a scam or a poor business to deal with.....Previous customers have so many bad things to day about this store. So DONT BUY FROM THIS STORE AT ALL COST! I hope the bras I ordered are the best bras as they claimed as I havent received them yet! 😡😡

For those who ordered the bunny . It is a scam . They use AI to generate what you think you are getting . That's not what you get . Yes, a cute looking stuffed toy arrives but it only walks forward until it hits the wall and falls over . It makes one annoying noise . A scam.

It was easy to select the item that I wanted and to pay for it. I look forward to getting this adorable bunny!

Ordered an Eagle decanter for my husband that looked amazing and life like in the photo. What I received was small and looks NOTHING like an Eagle. I will never purchase a product from this company again, what a waste of $50.00!!!

Did not order what I needed. Also saw where it was shipped from.

The product quality is disappointing. Not as advertised. If possible I would like to cancel the second order for three bunnies that I purchased. There is no mechanism for doing so.

Buyer Beware!!! I ordered 4 “lifelike” bunnies as Easter gifts. These items are NOTHING like the advertising videos. Of the four that I ordered, none worked after having to provide my own brand new batteries. As for their “lifelike” appearance…it is clear to me now that the videos were altered. They are more like a cheap arcade stuffed toy (which would be fine if it didn’t have an obvious motor casing on the underside…one expects it to actually do something, which it doesn’t). I’d be embarrassed to give them as gifts.
After reaching out to the company, they offered a meager $8 compensation….which is only 10% of what I paid. To return them I was told I’d have to pay for shipping them back to China!!
Don’t waste your money on this item.

I ordered an item by mistake and contacted support. The item was canceled and I recieved a prompt refund. This shows me this is a reputable company that can be trusted. I would use the again.

I was with the 101st Airborne Division in Vietnam as a door-gunner, we have an Eagle as our mascot. That's what made me want a couple, and your web site made ordering very easy. I will show the Eagle bottle to all my Eagle buddy's, and all the young one's.

I would like to know if you can add the Screaming Eagle on the bottle

They advertised an eagle shaped bottle of Jack Daniels. Cheap bottle came with no alcohol though all product pictures showed eagles with alcohol. Very hard to return products because of huge bureaucratic rules. Totally ripped off. This is a chinese company. To return product, they require you to send it back to china. Yeah right. Don’t do business with these crooks

These people false advertise their products. I order a toy bunny for my grandson. They show it as a great product but it is a piece of junk. They charged me $35 and it's worth about $4 if that. When trying to find out how to return it, turns out returns go to China. So they don't disclose that this is a company out of China. I am waiting to see if I will be getting a refund to my credit card. Their fine print says returns from 30 days of order date. It took 2 weeks to get here so it would have to make it back to China in 2 weeks. What scammers. Beware of this company!!!!

It was simple and easy process! I'm so excited to get this , it is for my granddaughters birthday! She loves animals and she is going to love this! Thanks so much!
