We own two 75 inch Vibes. One for our Jacksonville office and one for our Sanford office. I have had a small issue with our Sanford office Vibe, but Vibe replaced it immediately. We use the Vibe weekly for meetings, teaching and presentations. It’s a great way to connect with people remotely and honestly don’t know how to work without it.

My business is ran through the Vibe Board! We discuss designs, notion boards, emails, team calls, etc. through the versatility of the Vibe Board!

The Vibe board is perfect for our Microschool! It's simple enough, sturdy enough, loaded with the right tools to make learning integrated and fun. The service and help from Ruth and the team feels like true support. We've helped five other Microschools get started and we ALWAYS recommend Vibe to jump-start their learning classrooms.

Their service...without a doubt. There is a learning curve to really dialing this in and Ruth, Rhett, etc all have consistently bent over backwards to help companies like ours be successful with Vibe

If I could give this business 6 stars, I would—but the rating system and my deep respect for math won’t allow it.

From start to finish, their customer service was so good I started wondering if they could help fix my personal life too. The communication? Impeccable. I’ve had less frequent updates from my own family. They follow up better than that guy who really wants me to extend my car’s warranty—except this time, it’s actually a call you want to answer.

And let’s talk product—amazing quality. If this product were a pizza, it’d be that perfect slice you dream about. I’d recommend them to anyone: friends, family, strangers, pets (okay, maybe not pets, but you get it).

10/10 would buy again—and probably will, just for the great conversation.

Accidentally had a typo in my address, completely my fault. Asked how I could have it shipped to the correct address once it was returned to them (took 3 emails through three channels and 2 weeks to get a reply). Told that I'm screwed. Horrible service, horrible company. Definitely don't waste your time shopping here.

Vibe board is definitely a must have if you’re someone who does presentations. You can save your previous work or collaborate, even work on it from your phone. Vibe support team is phenomenal i had an issue i spoke on Facebook about the camera and they personally reached out to me inquiring about it.. after i explained the issue they offered to replace the camera completely for fee with out me asking for a replacement and they were very polite and helpful!

For my online education business, Vibe has brought not only my teaching, but my business calls to a whole new level.

The Vibe board is interactive and keeps my lessons and presentations fun and engaging. I love the seamlessness of going from one app to another, having and using multiple apps at the same time.

The Canvas Whiteboard is my favorite as it offers so many options of how to use it and is updated frequently with new or improved features. I love how you can annotate on just about anything you pull up.

I research a product/company extensively before going all in. Customer service is always a huge part of that. I've had my board for 2 years now and customer service has been amazing. I love that you can schedule a video call for help. I feel like the Vibe team really wants their customer to succeed.

I don't like to teach without my Vibe anymore!

For brevity, this is a well constructed product with high quality function and design. The display is colorful and high resolution. The touch screen is perfect and accurate. The simplicity of the chromium OS cannot be overstated. I've used similar products running a Windows OS that could not achieve the same ease of use. The ability to cast from almost any device is easy. The screen refresh is excellent for watching movies and other streaming items.

The Vibe Support team went above and beyond to help me with my shipping and tech requests. They were very responsive and extremely helpful. Thank you to Kreshane Marsh, Rhett Osborn and Ruth Petty - a very collaborative and resourceful team!

We bought the 55" Vibe in March 2023 for our new offices. We finally got moved in April 2023. The Vibe worked initially, and then we started having problems with the TV powering on and off. We contacted Vibe and were to told update the system. We did the update and there was no change. We contacted Vibe back and got no response. They sent us a survey in November about how they did, which I replied they did not do good. It has been crickets from them since then. The Vibe concept is really ok, but overpriced and we don't use it because the power is unreliable and a pain to get turned on. Then it shuts off in the middle of our meetings. We tend to hook the laptop up to the 65" TV in the conference room and use zoom while the Vibe sits unused in the corner. This particular Vibe unit may have been a manufacturing defect, and it is unfortunate that we got that one, but the service from Vibe has been very bad on this. It's cool when it works, but frustrating overall due to the problems we've had. I just wish Vibe would stand behind their customer service and make this right.

Vibe has been a great addition to the office! We chose Vibe because it was easy to use and connected almost seamlessly with our Google Workspace, where all of our work is done and stored. We regularly host hybrid Google Meets and Zoom meetings and it has changed the way we work as a team. I couldn't be happier with our decision to go with Vibe and think it is a great addition to anyone's office! The only reason I rated it with four stars, instead of five, is it is tedious to have to re-sign into the Google apps after each use and closure of the apps, but maybe I am missing a setting!

We have purchased 7 vibe boards for our school so far. They make a big difference for our teachers in the classrooms. They are also a great multi purpose tool we have used in parent events, kids fun nights, staff orientation and more!

Okay. I used a Vibe Board at the local library when strategizing with consultants.
I eventually realized that I was going to the library just because the Vibe Board was there!
We had to get on with all the accessories: camera, 2 pens, the casting device and the rolling stand.
We are so happy - it's an integrated solution to meet with people virtually and in-person all at one time.
The apps work incredibly well. The board is very responsive.
The ability to add apps from the android store is awesome -- I just don't use dry erase boards anymore.

Why all 5 stars?
I had a small issue with the camera mount. Their tech team were super-responsive and resolved it. I feel good about this investment. And no I look down on any business partner who doesn't have one. Lol! :-)

I use my vibe for my online zoom trainings, also for in person demonstrations, I connect the board to my scan tools by HDMI or use the vibecast option, it works perfect for my needs, lucky I got two now.
