Worst experience

After completion of one year with you on the time of renewal I come to that you are totally fraud company. First year you give me domain and hosting in 7.50 dollars. Now you guys demand 28 dollars for both with same service . God save every one from you type of guys .ThankGod I now about you in time. But this experience help me in my next purchase with other company thanks.

You are our valued customer. We are always happy to help you at our best. We are sorry for all the inconvenience. You had placed your order, when our promotional campaign was active. Let us explain to you once again. You were using the STARTER package that was priced at $15. But when you used the One Time 50% OFF promo code, your price was $7.50. (It is important to note that it was clearly mentioned in your invoice that the promo code was “50% One Time Discount”) That means your 50% discount will expire after one year. And after one year you have to pay the full price that is $15. Also, your domain (.xyz) was free for the first one year. But after one year, you have to renew your domain too. You have to understand that all the promotional codes have a limit. They are not for a lifetime.

You have enjoyed our services for the whole year at just $7.50. So now at the renewal time, it is completely unfair to call a company fraud when you are asked to pay the full price. You can also check that no company renews at the same rate when you are using promotional codes. Promotional codes are only for one time and after that, you have to pay full price. We hope that you will understand the renewal process and revert your review.

I was using Wix for my website but i…

I was using Wix for my website but i had to switch to a different platform, so i could integrate local payment gateways and create custom functionality using different plugins.
So after some research I found out Vibrahost and chose a 3 year Standard Shared package, I have setup a small ecommerce website which has not yet been officially released, so i can't judge how it would do once the traffic starts coming.
However whenever I had a problem, the customer support has replied back in time and helped me fixing the problems, So their support is very reliable.
I would definitely recommend their web hosting service.

Vibrahost is economical but very professional website development company. It gives immense pleasure that my company's website looks very professional and it is significantly contributing in building our brand and a source of success for our real estate business. Team is very cooperative and they always available to support for enhancement.

Best support Person

I am a wordpress developer in xyz organization
and I am on internship period recently was facing some issues when I called vibrahost support person (HUSNAIN) literally I didn't imagine he will help me as my cousin or friend with his friendly attitude may Allah bless him always and I will recommend vibrahost to my circle because of only their support person. :)
