Great Delivery service
Ordered a dress which came up a size bigger than the one I had bought previously in another colourway. Went through the exchange process which was seamless. Excited to receive replacement dress within a couple of days but the wrong product had been sent. Then had real difficulties trying to exchange as website not allowing me to do this. Eventually sorted out over the phone with customer services and wrong dress replaced with correct one - again within a couple of days. Can't fault the customer service or delivery service - very good.

Beautiful dress, excellent quality, packaged perfectly
The dress arrived promptly and was well packaged and of excellent quality. It fitted perfectly and it was elegant. I wore it for my mother’s funeral having only recently watched and enjoyed the Victoria Beckham documentary with my mother. Thank you.

Dress is see through, and unfortunately only after arrival was it made clear that a return from Canada was not possible.

Dress purchased was fine but Shop staff was rude!
Dress purchased was fine though too small for partner. Returned at shop with little fuss. However, bought another dress at the shop at Dover street which we love and required alteration. Came back for the alteration with the tailor last week, sales advisor we approached at first instance was rude, was not managing expectations to say someone will be with us and instead decided to say that if we are rude she will not serve us. No one was rude, we were wondering what was happening having come in a few times over the week, we just wanted some service!! Really left a sour taste!
