One thing I love about VB is the service both in Dover Street and on-line. Friendly not stuffy and great product knowledge.
To be honest it’s now one of my favourites to order from as delivery is very quick and returns super easy.

Disappointing boutique experience
I have been buying VB clothing online and in a multi-brand store in Belgium. I am a huge fan ans was very much looking forward to visiting the London boutique for the first time. My husband and I were both very dissatisfied about the lack of attention from the staff and the lack of knyof the collection by the person who helped me. She was constantly on her phone. It really killed the brand experience for me and I felt this was also very unfair to Victoria Beckham herself who pours her heart and soul into her brand. I ended up buying for 5.000 GBP but it wasn’t a fun experience. One of the items I bought was a trench coat and the shop assistant was telling me the flap on the side should be connected to the back while I knew from the website that it was meant for the front. If you’re going to sell a 1.200£ item to a customer in 5 min you should at least know your stuff. If I wasn’t already a VB fan I would have walked out, never to be back again. I hope the staff gets proper training in the future to hive a service which your customer deservs.

I’m so disappointed order a pair of…
I’m so disappointed order a pair of sunglasses last week the communication was perfect via WhatsApp and delivery next day. They arrived damaged. So I did a return. But decided to buy another pair so I could have them in time for bank holiday rather than wait for refund. This was now over a week ok!! No WhatsApp message, no reply to email and it says on tracking were expected Friday!! So one pair to be refunded and not even received other one. With no communication at all.

Beautiful navy jacket
I recently purchased a navy double breasted tailored jacket online and absolutely love it. I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived as I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived two days later! The quality and fit is amazing, its really well made, and the colour a lovely deep navy. Very classy, and I can wear it with anything, smart or casual. It was expensive, although I got a 10% welcome discount, which was really good. In any event it was well worth the cost even at full price, and I'm really pleased with the product and the process. I will definitely be coming back for more.
