Loved the store and experience - my only criticism is that the dress I purchased should really be in a proper dress bag rather than folded up - once I got the dress home it was very creased up

The outfits I chose were exactly as they have been marketed on the website. The service was great and personable. I had alterations done and the urgency was accommodated.

Polite and professional but still lots to learn
Spoke to Kathlene by WhatsApp and my return and subsequent exchange process were faultless. However, once in store I felt I spent a lot of time waiting for Kathleen to come up. Then, once I was trying on the trousers, I was left waiting for too long in the changing room. She was polite and professional at all times but kept disappearing downstairs and taking ten minutes to come back up again in between putting on the original trousers and then exchanging sizes and colours. I’m not sure if she was dealing with another customer at the same time, but I felt forgotten and left hanging around for way too long. Having just come from a fitting in Balmain, there is still a lot to learn in terms of making the client feel special.

Perfection in each detail
It was an amazing experience, shopping in Victoria is like being in an art gallery! Everything is sophisticated and perfect. We breath her care with everything! And the posh lipstic I bought is insane… Love it!
