I strongly advise everyone NOT to order from Viela Clothing.
In January, I ordered a wedding dress from their website. When it became clear that the dress would not arrive in time for my wedding, I cancelled the order. Despite the cancellation being confirmed, I have still not received my refund months later.
Since then, there have been more than 50 emails exchanged with their customer service. Every time, I receive the same responses: apologies, excuses, and promises that the refund will be processed soon. However, nothing actually happens.
The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. Instead of resolving the issue, they continue to delay and make empty promises while holding on to my money.
If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would never order from Viela Clothing again.

I had a very positive overall experience with Viela.
There was a bit of stress with timing and shipping, and I would recommend anticipating orders well in advance, especially for important events, as it seems to be a small team working with made-to-order pieces.
That said, the quality of the dress is excellent — it is truly beautiful and fits me perfectly. Despite the delay (it unfortunately did not arrive in time for my event), the team did everything possible to ensure I was satisfied, including adjustments, careful follow-up et commercial gestures.
Communication throughout was clear, responsive, and very considerate. I also appreciated the genuine effort to make things right.
In the end, it is a brand that clearly cares about its customers, and the product is worth it.

Have ordered my dress in February, haven't received the dress yet, no reply to two e-mails and when I insert the shipment number, it tells me that it hasn't even been posted yet. Would not recommend buying anything from them. So unprofessional. Haven't received my money as well.

Placed and order in November. I was sent the wrong coat, and after waiting and waiting and waiting, they finally agreed for a refund. But now I’ve been ghosted by Viela, and no sight of the refudn. The coat costed hundreds of euros, and as a student, it is a lot of money.

UPDATE: I placed my order in September 2026. It is now June 2027, and I have neither the coats nor a full refund.

The coats were returned to VIELA in March 2027 and since then I have faced constant delays, changing explanations, missed refund deadlines, and repeated promises that were not honoured. Reasons given have included internal processing issues, holidays, payment department reviews, and even changes to their refund email system.

Despite having both the returned coats and my money for an extended period, VIELA has only returned part of the funds owed.

After more than seven months, this has become one of the most frustrating consumer experiences I have ever encountered. I would strongly encourage anyone considering ordering from VIELA to carefully read all reviews before making a purchase.

I am updating my previous review because unfortunately the situation has still not been resolved.

After my first review, the company publicly replied on Trustpilot and promised that my refund would be completed by the end of May 2026. Based on this response, I hoped the matter would finally be settled.
However, it is now June 2026, and I still have not received any refund.

To summarize: I ordered a wedding dress in July 2025, but due to shipping delays and the dress being sent to the wrong address, I never received it in time. Since then, I have spent months trying to obtain a refund. I have received countless promises, explanations, and new deadlines, but no actual payment.
What is most disappointing is that even after my public review, the company once again promised a refund and once again failed to follow through.
At this point, I have neither the dress nor my money back. More than 10 months after placing the order, I am still waiting.

I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think very carefully. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all. The communication may sound reassuring, but the promises have repeatedly not been kept.

Please do not risk going through the same experience, especially if you are ordering something important for a special event such as a wedding.

I participated in a giveaway that this company had on their instagram and I won a coat. How great, I thought, because their coats looked great on their website... But since then they have been very poor in terms of providing me with any sort of information and have repeatedly been saying that the coat will be shipped at certain times, but it never was. This has happened multiple times. They never once provided me with an explaination why this was the case, as to why they repeatedly did not keep their promises. At one point, they finally sent me a tracking number saying that the coat was to be picked up and sent later on that week. There was never any update when checking the tracking number, that something had, in fact, been shipped. That tracking number has now been cancelled. It only leads me to believe that there was never an intent of actually sending me this coat. Therefore, it seems to me that the giveaway has just been fake and a scam all along. I would not trust to buy anything from them after this experience since I simply cannot view them as a serious company that keeps their promises. Dealing with them has been a huge disappointment and waste of my time. Therefore, I would like others considering buying anything from this company to be very catious as it would be irresponsible for me not to do this.

Ordered a coat in December as a Christmas purchase. It didn't arrive until February, and when it did, they sent the wrong coat with no waist tie, no scarf, nothing like what I ordered.

I have been chasing a refund ever since. It is now almost June. That is 6 months of my money gone with no correct product and no refund. They promised payment by 29th May, still not received, and no response on email. I followed up multiple times by email over two weeks to confirm payment would go through today and have not received a single response.

If I do not receive a response by eod I will be pursuing this through my bank via chargeback. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice.

J’ai commandé une robe sur leur site internet en décembre 2025. Un bug du système a entraîné 3 paiements. Nous sommes en mai 2026, je suis toujours en attente du remboursement partiel de ma commande (440€ initial, reste du de 271€) et une livraison clôturée en mars. Cela fait 6 mois que j’échange avec le service client qui me promet de me rembourser, et m’informe que je vais recevoir le paiement la semaine prochaine sur mon compte bancaire... cela depuis janvier. J’ai été patiente et compréhensive compte tenu de la taille de l’entreprise… je suis extrêmement déçue et ne recommande pas de commander chez eux, le service client n’est pas à la hauteur de l’image, malgré toute la gentillesse de l’équipe, un délai de remboursement aussi long est inadmissible, à la limite du vol…

Norėčiau palinkėti ateityje aktyvesnio komunikavimo su klientėmis ypač pirmaisiais suknelės matavimosi ir kūrimo etapais bei sutartų terminų laikymosi. Taip pat man buvo keistoka, kad už eigoje reikalingus pataisymus reikia susimokėti papildomai - siūnantis drabužius individualiai niekada su tuo nesusidūriau, tad gal tiesiog nesupratau įmonės politikos.

Fortunately i was able to get my money via my credit card bank back. Viela Clothing was more concered that i am deleting my review here. They offered me a refung via payment plan but after i got that offer i don't got an answer for weeks. I got my money back so for me this topic is closed but i would suggest anyone to not order here. There are more than enough shops and stores where you can shop without these problems you will get here.

Update: 26.05.

Still after 2 Months i didn't get a refund. I reported it to my credit card company and i am hoping to get my money back there but i would recommend anyone to NOT order there.

I ordered a coat and checked beforehand whether I could return it if I didn't like it. When I received the coat a few weeks later and decided I didn't want to keep it, the problems started. I paid for the return shipping and sent the package off. Now I've been waiting for my refund for a month and a half and haven't received any email replies for the last two days. I've contacted my credit card company for help, but I would advise against buying from them to avoid the hassle.

WOW! blown away by the service and attention to detail. I had a minor difficulty with delivery time being longer than anticipated but the team rectified this and even offered to send a free veil. The fabric and dress is absolutely incredible - and I can't wait to wear it for my wedding day! Couldn't recommend more!

I really like the dress. It looks very elegant and high quality. Also it fits me well according to all measuresments which I gave during ordering. And it's not the first dress which I'm ordering from Vielachlothing. So strongly recommend!

Viela helped me get my dream autumn/winter coat. The design, fabric and colour are all excellent. The team were thoughtful and responsive. The mail try-on process is clear and works well and they even helped me take advantage of the Black Friday discount. Recommend.

Everything was just perfect! I’ve already had three dresses made at this store. All of them turned out beautifully — the silhouette, the fit, and the fabric were amazing. I would definitely order another one as soon as I need one.

Not sure where to start. I ordered a dress back in September for an October wedding, not knowing all the dresses were custom. My payment didn't go through on their website so they sent a Wise transfer link, so before paying I asked them if the dress would be able to be made and delivered on time for a wedding the next month. I was assured it would be top priority and all would be done.
Fast forward two weeks and they still had not asked my measurements, I promted them and they seemed to remember so I sent everything they needed, with their team still assuring the dress would be delivered on time. 3 days before I was due to go to the wedding I asked again about shipping number, they said they were sending the dress the next day. I then recieved an email a day before my event saying that due to adverse weather the shipping company said it couldn't deliver, which is not something I've ever heard (there were no flight or train disruptions during this time so unsure if this is true).
The company offered a full refund or a coat to make up for the undelivered dress. I asked for a refund.
This was in October 2025.
As of the end of February, 4 months after asking for a refund, I have recieved nothing.
They said they would send the refund, and to wait 2 weeks for all the payments to go through. I gave them 4 weeks before I asked again where the payment was. I then had to Instagram message them a week later to ask again, which is when they decided to email me back saying they didn't realise the payment went through. I was told it would be handled by the right team. Again I had nothing for who knows how long. I tried to give them as much grace each time I was contacting them.
I had asked for proof that they were processing the payment several times, they said yes they would send it within 48 hours, then they ghost me again.
They are terrible communicators, and now seem to be ignoring my Instagram messages too (which is usually the only way I've been able to get a reply).
I would advise anyone against buying from this brand unless you can physically go into their shop and take a dress home.

Unfortunately this company is a scam. I saw an advert on instagram for a coat I really liked the look of. I emailed the company to ask a few questions around delivery and order process, as I needed the coat delivered by a specific date. The company was prompt in replying and friendly, so I went ahead. The first red flag was that my credit card statement showed the company was registered in Dublin, not Lithuania as I expected.

Fast forward to a few days before the deadline, and having heard nothing I checked in with the company. They reassured me that things are on track, but I had to press multiple times to get a tracking number. This tracking number just led to a DHL website saying a shipping label has been created - but it's clear then that the item hasn't actually been posted.

The time and date goes by with no coat. They offer to send the item to a new address, which I give, and again there is no coat on time. Every time I chased by email, they would give some excuse but it was clear that the coat was not going to come.

I therefore requested a refund, which they agreed to. At first, they tried to get my bank details for a manual transfer which I rejected, and then they agreed to process it on my original card payment. However, this refund never appeared, and each time I chased they would give some excuse like 'the refunds take up to 14 days to process' or 'the assistant didn't process it correctly'. In the end, I had to raise a dispute with my credit card to get the money back.

I would warn against making any purchases from this company. I think that most of the reviews on this website are fake too - most of them have only ever reviewed this company.

EDIT: within 2 days of this review being up, I received 4 emails, 2 trustpilot replies, and 1 defamatory flag of this review from the company. I don't intend to engage in a back and forth with them except to point out that their reply is disingenuous:
- I specifically got in touch with the company in advance to ask about delivery BECAUSE it was christmas and I expected it to be busy. The company agreed to deliver by a specified date. I only provided an additional delivery address because they missed the delivery date they agreed to when I placed my order.
- Importantly, the coat was never shipped. They claimed it was in transit, provided a tracking number that showed the coat was never posted, and never proactively told me things were running behind - if I hadn't chased, I don't believe they would have said anything nor would the coat have turned up.
- I waited over a month for the refund before raising this with my credit card. Like the coat, each time I asked for an update they would provide a new excuse (even trying to claim it can take up to 30 business days to process a refund).
