Personally, I use Viking Bags products on my Honda Shadow 750, and they have exceeded my expectations. The bags are durable, well-made, spacious, and have held up great on the road. They provide excellent storage while maintaining a great look on the bike.

What truly sets Viking Bags apart, however, is their willingness to give back. Viking Bags generously donated items to support our Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association (CVMA) Chapter 34-6 Hero Fest Fall Ride fundraiser. Received their 45L Backpack as a raffle prize for our non - profit group. As a biker, I can say this is about the most well made bag I've encountered. Very durable and well thought out.

I ordered a Fairing for my bike. After waiting 2 weeks with no updates or responses I used their chat. Whoever works the chat needs to be retrained Gave me all short answers the the point I needed to ask follow up questions for every question I asked. First person told me my product was lost in transit. Which I find hard to believe seeing they never even started any tracking numbers for it. Got email saying my case was resolved, which it wasn't. I ended having to call them. The second person said it was on backorder with no ETA and that my order will be canceled. Why after 2 weeks didn't anyone reach out to me or update me? Why did I have to email, chat, and call someone just to get an answer. It's a shame, because I actually liked this company and their products.
