najmocniej przepraszamy za spowodowany dyskomfort związany z przypomnieniami. Zgłosiliśmy już tę kwestię do odpowiedniego działu, aby przyjrzeć się całemu procesowi.
Zależy nam na opinii o naszych produktach, ponieważ dopiero wchodzimy na polski rynek i niezmiernie ciekawi nas, jak oceniają je klienci, stąd zależało nam na pozyskaniu ocen.
Mamy nadzieję, że mimo to sam zakup okazuje się satysfakcjonujący.

Znowu wysłali na zły adres i mają to w nosie
Zamówiłam już drugi raz i znowu wysłali na zły adres. Czyli to ich standard. Brak reakcji na prośbę o poprawienie adresu, wysłali do innej wsi (nawet innej niż napisali że wysyłają) drogą i przedpłaconą paczkę i mają to w nosie. Straciłam mnóstwo czasu na jej przechwycenie. Brak możliwości zapłaty przelewem. Nigdy więcej zakupów u nich.

…Ordered 7 cans, received only 1, no response from customer support
I ordered 7 cans of sardines and paid for the full order. Unfortunately, I received only 1 can. The shipping label clearly shows that the package weight corresponds to a single can, confirming that only one item was in the parcel from the beginning.
On the same day, I submitted a complaint and attached a screenshot of my order together with a photo of the shipping label. To this day, I have not received any response from customer support.
In addition, after submitting my complaint, I noticed that the contents of my order in my customer account had changed from 7 cans to 1 can. Fortunately, I have a screenshot of the original order as well as proof of payment confirming the quantity that was actually ordered and paid for.
I am not claiming that this change was intentional—it may simply be a system error. However, the complete lack of response or explanation from the store, despite two attempts to contact customer support by email, is very disappointing.
I hope this issue will be resolved promptly.
Update: The order total was adjusted through Allegro, but I never received any response to my complaint or any explanation of how it was handled.
I did not order a single can of sardines. I ordered seven. As a result, I ended up paying the full shipping cost for a single can, even though I never intended to place an order for just one can.
Final update: Vilgain eventually responded to my complaint, explained the reason for the issue, refunded the full shipping cost and provided a voucher as a goodwill gesture. Although I was initially disappointed by the lack of communication, I appreciate that the company took responsibility for the situation. In the end, the matter was resolved to my satisfaction, and Vilgain has regained my trust.

no responding to emails
I placed an order on 22 June worth over €200, and it has not been delivered. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support via email and Instagram, I have received no response at all.
I have ordered from this company several times before and the products themselves are excellent, but the lack of communication in this case is unacceptable.
At this point, I am unable to get any update on my order, which is very frustrating. I hope this will be resolved quickly, otherwise I will need to take further steps. I will update my review once there is progress.

Nigdy w życiu nie spotkałem się z tak…
Nigdy w życiu nie spotkałem się z tak złą obsługą.
Złożyłem zamówienie ponad miesiąc temu i nadal nie otrzymałem swoich produktów.
Pisałem do nich kilka razy i za każdym razem dostaję tę samą odpowiedź: że wyślą zamówienie. Ale zamówienie nadal nie zostało wysłane, mimo że minął już ponad miesiąc od jego złożenia.
To niewiarygodne, że można prowadzić firmę w taki sposób.
Unikajcie zakupów u nich!!
