I can't speak for the Company itself, however I can speak for one of its representatives at Trinity Hall in Blackwater on Monday 20th July. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, only that he was Irish, very rude, unprofessional and totally disinterested in the items we took, even calling my husband a 'melt' when we walked out in disgust, although I don't think he really understands the meaning of the term! I really hope he didn't rip anybody off because he gave the impression that's all he was there for. Should really report him to Trading Standards as a typical rogue trader.

Handy venue with free parking
Handy consultation near to where we live. The two gentlemen appeared knowledgeable and we're polite. Their offer was fair and £ was handed over after valuation though we were offered bank transfer. Fortunately the room was almost empty but I feel screens could have been put into afford more privacy.

Efficient
Happy they gave price there and then and payment was instant, however a little disappointed that none of the many coins I bought along were really looked at or examined I felt they were only interested in the gold, but overall very polite and courteous people.

Gold, jewellery or and watches unworn or broken worth money
I took items that were not being worn or broken. Some I was unsure if they were valuable. I was given the answers and a good valuation for the things I wanted to sell. The team were all very helpful and gave good advice. Payment was immediate into my bank

Beware
Beware - very low prices paid for precious metals. Took a 9ct Gold Watch case in today. Initially they just said it weighed a couple of grams. Fortunately I had already weighed it at 6g. They then claimed that the strap bars were probably not gold so offered £120 for 4g i.e. minimum scrap price of £29/g. Foolishly accepted it and now regretting it.

A waste of time
My husband and I went to the Heene Community Centre with various items. The person who attended to us made us feel very uncomfortable right from the start, acting as if we had nothing of interest to offer. I told him that the way he was treating us made me very uncomfortable, but nothing changed. He offered us £3 for a 130-gram silver piece, and £5 for a ladies' Omega De Ville watch (steel and gold). He proceeded to dismiss every single item I showed him. Not only did I not sell anything, but he also made us feel like trash, showing absolutely no respect for our age—we are 78 and 84 years old. I do not recommend this company at all.

Only one valuer at function.
I turned up to an event today adjacent to where I work. I only had my lunch hour. Upon attending, there were three tables set up and around 15 people waiting. I asked a gentleman how long he had already waited and he said 50 minutes. Despite there being three tables, there was only one man in attendance. I had to leave and return to work.
