The ring was exactly as ordered, they even sent a close up black-glove video of it once it was completed. The packaging was secure and they even went as far to send it to me while on vacation for the big moment! There were even a few very pleasant surprises a few weeks AFTER the ring was delivered. Thanks Violet Jewels!
I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Violetjewels. They crafted my finances engagement ring PERFECTLY. She LOVES it. the whole process goes very smooth. They sent video proof of the ring being complete about 2 weeks after purchase. Shipped the item on time. It took about a week and a half for it to be delivered. It was even more stunning in person! We got the certificate for the diamond a week later. They package it very secure so no damage can happen. 1000% would recommend them! We can’t wait to purchase the matching wedding band!
The updates I received throughout the shipping process made me feel great about my purchase. When the package arrived in a timely manner, it was beautifully packaged.

They did an amazing job on my ring! I even messed up the details on my order and they remade it for free! Their guest service and communication is very great and you can definitely trust them to make a great product.

Violet jewels did such an amazing job with creating my wife’s engagement ring even to this day is still looks like I just got it in brand new. It is made with very high-quality material and also bought at a very good price. I highly recommend using this company, if you were looking to save money, but also receive great quality.

We ordered the wrong size of rings and violet jewels was so wonderful in the whole exchange process, making new rings in the correct size and getting them sent to us in a matter of weeks. They were so understanding and supportive throughout the whole process and communicated promptly. The rings themselves are beautiful and unique - exactly what we wanted!
