I shared a design photo with the Barbara Maison team and wanted some custom changes. I was nervous about how it would turn out, but they did an amazing job! They even shared the CAD image before starting. I also got a great discount and a free silver jewelry gift, which was really nice. Low quality, worse customer service.
My ring from the beginning looked beautiful - until it started turning my finger black and broke twice!!!! The company has tried to charge me to fix it both times… they have a lifetime warranty claim on their website that is obviously false… I’m really sad this is the experience I had with my engagement ring…

At Barbara Maison, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and our lifetime warranty, which covers manufacturing defects. After reviewing your photos, the issues you raised—such as the black mark, bent prong, and collet—appear to be the result of external physical damage, not a flaw in workmanship. 14K gold is a durable metal and does not bend easily under normal use; such damage typically comes from external force or impact.
(The customer emailed us stating that the prong and collet bent automatically over time, even though they are made from solid 14K gold. In reality, tools are required to bend prongs during the diamond setting process, and in her ring, the prongs and collet appear to have bent on their own.)
We’ve offered to inspect and repair the ring, and we remain committed to supporting you. However, we kindly ask that you not mislead other customers with inaccurate claims. It's genuinely difficult to receive reviews from happy customers, and false statements can harm the trust we work hard to build.
