this is a great academy for adult learners from beginner to intermediate players. the community is very supportive and the lessons are very helpful and Julia creates easy to follow practice plans.

I have been a student of Julia's Violin Academy for over 8 months now and I am an adult learner. Before joining I went through many such offerings and after having given very consideration of my needs and comparing it with the offerings chose JVA. I should say that I have made the right choice due to following:
- It has a structured curriculum
- Personal attention is given on every lesson submission
- It brings the students together through their FB page and encourage them to interact and share their experience, post their pieces for seeking opinion.
- Many activities are conducted through online class on where you get to learn the nuances of learning the Violin.
- The website archive contains all such activities where you are able to go through them at your pace and make it a part of your learning journey.

It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced,Julia’s academy will help you to progress. There is good feedback good songs to learn and a community that are all working to the same end... improving at playing the violin. There is structure to the practice and an element of fun too. What more can you ask for? ...go on, you know you want to!! You will be glad you did

Well I have to give it a 5 star rating because when I started I couldn't do much of anything but halfway playing twinkle, twinkle, and very bad version of amazing grace. Now I can play several scales and several songs. Julia and her team have created a very nicely put together learning platform.

The folks at the academy are always looking to make the experience the best that they can to help their students learn. It is a piece of art in progress. For such a limited crew they do a lot for many students. I have learned so much, am inspired to practice, and have made wonderful friends.

Julia's violin lessons are extremely well planned out. And it is easy to go baçk and review. Or if you like jump ahead. The community is also very supportive and friendly. As an adult beginner or rebeginner ( I played violin as a kid) I am so happy to have found a way to play violin again with other adult learners from all over the world. Just what the doctor ordered 😊.

The support staff at Julia's Violin Academy are exceptionally helpful in making sure your online learning experience is pleasant and user friendly.

The instructors are talented, professional and very helpful in explaining and demonstrating the skill sets that a student should be progressively working on. They constructively review each student's submitted work, including strengths in the submitted piece, as well as things to work on. They have made sure to familiarize themselves with the student's progress through previous submitted videos as well, in order to make note of accomplishments.

I highly recommend Julia's Violin Academy to the adult learner, and even older teens!

Julia's Violin Academy is a wonderful step by step program to learn how to play the violin as an adult. I have been playing the violin for 3 years before joining the academy and it is really helpful to get the basics right, check every little step of the learning process and work deliberately on those topics that still need working on. I would highly recommend everyone who is thinking (or dreaming) of playing the violin to follow this program. As a bonus, you get to meet new friends and violin-enthousiasts from all over the world, which is very motivating and a lot of fun!

Julia's Violin Academy is an excellent way for adult violin students to learn how to play the violin and build community around a shared love of music.
