Excellent Quality and Customer service
This time, I made the wrong order size on Black Friday sales and only discovered on delivery on 11/30. I reached out and requested for an exchange. The service I received to get this done was outstanding. Not just that, I am getting a $100 credit in addition as prices are back to norm. Bad packaging and wrong size
I have recived wrong size not one size down but more than two size down, when the size measurement taotally wrong (not acceptable) Viossie need to foucus to get it right. Bad Packaging I have never seen any vender package Suit folding like a shirt . I know Viossi not posting this review to the customer but if you are listining learn from your mistake and act fast, I don't want to write bad review to anyone but this one may be the first and it may go the next step.

I went through all your emails and you explained the issue.
FINAL SALE: You purchased the suit during Black Friday which costs $299.00 for $199.00 and it was marked as final sale. Which makes it non refundable / exchangeable. During normal days, we are more than happy to accept and exchange it or refund it. Our agent has offered a solution where you can pay original price ($100.00 difference) and we are more than happy to exchange it to the bigger size.
SIZING: you mentioned multiple times about sizing that our brand sizing don’t look like brands like Ralph Lauren, Hugo Boss and Brooks Brothers. I would like to mention that every brand has they own size chart and not all companies have similar one. According to your body usually US40/EU50 should fit perfectly however it looks like US42/EU52 should be better as your pants size is W33 but every suit’s pants can adjusted one size up or down. Once again, do not compare brands which each other sizing of each brand is different.
Packaging: we never had issues with that before and you are first person who has issues about the package.
I have also personally emailed you to see what we can do there.

I was expecting a full refund when I requested a refund within 24-48hours
I knew I wasn’t getting the finest quality suits when I saw the price but I was considerably disappointed when I revived them and saw the quality of the material. But like I said I wasn’t really expecting much but what really added made me upset was that when I requested the return the charged $50 per suit returned. I had ordered 4 so that was $200 which seems excessive considering I had just received them and requested the return less than 24 hours after receiving them. I understand there are shipping costs but it just seemed excessive to not give a full refund considering the time frame. I literally tried one of the suits on and knew immediately knew I wasn’t going to keep them so I packed them right back up and requested the return.

However there few things I should note down to make it clear for you:
- You purchased during Black Friday sales , which means sales are final and non refundable / exchangeable. It is stated in the product listings and even policy: https://viossi.com/pages/refund-policy. Our regular prices $299.00 now suits cost $199.00, so there huge difference between them.
- We don’t have any email records from you. You never contacted us to assist you with your order.
- We don’t know what were your expectation of the suits. The items are exactly same as on the pictures and material same as in descriptions, we don’t know what is the issue out there as you never contacted us nor informed us. We would love to discuss the issue directly info@viossi.com
- All our customers are happy and satisfied with their items in terms of quality / sizing. So I am not quite sure what is exactly the issue.
- It isn’t first year we are selling suits. We know exactly that: pricing, style, material, content we provide are balanced between each other. Every single positive reviews and even tagged pictures in Instagram on the product page showing that.

Getting WAY more than what you’re paying for…
Suits are of great quality and the customer service cannot be beat! They accidentally sent the wrong suit when I was exchanging and not only did they correct it immediately but they sent me a free shirt (which of all the dress shirts I’ve owned this one is the best fitting and more comfortable), tie and a discount on my next purchase. Communication was amazing!
