The people of this store are friendly and always try to help you in the best way. Their store is awesome. So many beautiful cross stitch kits. I am an addicted cross stitcher. So it’s like a candy store for me. They ship fast and I got my order in 1 week. I live in The Netherlands.
This week I placed another order, because they had many new kits available.

I ordered a couple items from them recently, and I thought it was taking quite a while to get it shipped out (in reality it was getting close to a week, I’m just impatient, hehe). The customer service rep i spoke to via email was very quick to respond and explaining that an item was unfortunately out of stock with a restock date a few days later. The rep offered the ability to switch out the item for another if I didn’t want to wait. The morning after this I got a new email saying they just recieved the restock early and my package would be shipped out immediately.

Long story short; Great selection of items, super customer service, very transparent about everything and very fast! Can’t wait to get my package!

Schnelle und unkomplizierte Kontakt Möglichkeit. Vielen Dank :-)
