I've tried and tried to cancel my vip order for 3 Adults in Glasgow as my holiday was cancelled I've called and WhatsApp and email and I've not got a reply from anyone it's so frustrating
I am an employee of Minute Suites ATL. A young girl with a baby came expecting a room, saying she booked with us through Viplounges and we had no booking on our booking sheet for her reservation. She told me she was charged $57 for an hour booking and that isn't even our prices for an hour. I went to the site to investigate myself and it charges per guest when that is not what we do here. We charge per hour. Also, Viplounges says the room is $64.50 which is inaccurate because we charge $65.00 currently and it comes up to $70.20 after taxes. This Viplounges company is a scam. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Now this girl will be stuck in the airport for hours with her baby and no room. Y'all should be ashamed.
what a fake company. It is a pure fraude ! they ask a lot of money, but don't deliver anything
I presented a voucher for lounge access and was subsequently denied entry. I was informed that VIPlounge has not remitted payment to the lounge operators. I request a refund of my payment. Very appalling. Send an email no response.

Booked the Excape in T2 Manchester, took money and then advised problem with booking.
Very lucky there was no room in the Aspire lounge which is very poor or my booking would have been changed over. So beware they will take your money before sorting the booking.
On a positive the money was refunded quickly

Absolute disaster. I booked and airport lounge for Luxor airport, Egypt. There were no signs for the lounge. Myself and several other people had to contact airport security to assist. It took an additional 30 minutes for yet another scanning of our personal items before we eventually entered the lounge. There was no record of my booking and the staff member asked me to pay again. We finally entered the lounge with only 45 minutes to spare. The lounge was booked for 3 hours, we therefore lost 2 hours 15 minutes. Also, the food option was curry, pasties and mineral water. A very disappointing experience for both myself and the other people who had to wait. The whole experience was chaos - don't bother booking; it's pointless. The staff are useless and the facility is limited.

I went on the VIP LOUNGES.COM by Byte travel to book an airport lounge for 28th November and booked the Escape lounge which was confirmed but as soon as I booked it told me that there was no availability and without permission swapped my booking onto the Aspire lounge.
The lounge itself is small with a non existent view over runway. The lounge was very dark and enclosed. Food was very limited, we went in around 7.30am where breakfast was available if you can call it that! They put very little food out at any one time in which it kept running out, we had to keep telling the staff that the serving dishes were empty that was in between one of the bar staff too busy talking about her ailments and that one of them was finishing her shift, not taking any notice that I was stood there waiting for service for food and drink! If you want to feel depressed before your holiday this is the place to go! Absolute appalling service, dirty tables just left.

I had booked for four people. Sadly our two friends have had to cancel due to bereavement.
I contacted them by email asking to cancel two people and named them. They cancelled all four people.
I tried to book the two of us back in. They took payment. Immediately was told to contact them as there was a problem.
Informed lounge was full so being refunded!!!!! They had just cancelled four people.
Now have to wait 5 days for my refund.
Very disappointed.
Everything done by email. No phone details.
