The operator was so rude! He put the phone down on me 5 times!!!
We landed at Gatwick, our flight landed early. As directed on our paperwork, we telephoned to say that we had disembarked from the aircraft and had no luggage to collect and passport control showed one minute wait time on the screens.
He advised me that it would be within 25 minutes. I asked him - is that a maximum of 25 minutes and he backtracked to say that a few aircraft had landed at once and he wasn’t sure.
I asked him if he could he be more precise with the time as I am elderly and do not want to wait in the parking lot after midnight when it is freezing cold.
He put the phone down on me.
I called him again and he then said it would be between 10-12 minutes.
I responded with - you just told me 25 mins - which one is correct?
He slammed the phone down for a second time.
I called again and he slammed the phone down for a third time without talking to me.
I called him again and before I could say anything, he shouted down the phone, you booked your car at 00:15 and you will just have to wait until that time. (Which was 45 minutes away)
We use airport parking at least 6 times a year and have never been treated like this. There are plenty of good companies out there. Please do not waste your time with FHR….

After returning to Bristol Airport, my car was not delivered as agreed. I waited over an hour in the cold & was given multiple incorrect updates, eventually i was told to get a taxi to collect my car from a pub miles away which cost me over £30 and had to arrange myself.
There were no staff present when I arrived at the pub and frantically I found my car myself which was parked down a dark street. When three men eventually turned up they were intimidating and didn't immediately return my keys, when I opened my car door it obviously smelled of cigarette smoke, which they denied
The company promised a full refund and cleaning costs but has since stopped responding and nothing has been paid.
Unprofessional, stressful, unacceptable and a horrible end to a holiday.

I usually book with Holiday Extras but FHR beat their price by so much that I switched supplier.
Ryanair just cancelled my flight so I needed to cancel the parking. Using their chat service, I was connected to Ceri T. I expected to have to pay a £10 cancellation fee, but she confirmed there was no fee and arranged the cancellation for me straight away.
On the downside, I didn't find their website as easy to use as HE, but this service was exceptional. Thank you Ceri.

Not only was I quoted a good price for our holiday parking, but as the price had reduced I got a refund. Which was in my bank account very quickly.
I made a mistake on the booking this was sorted very quickly and politely. I have used FHR quite a few times and would not hesitate to use them again. Kirstie looked after me very well.
Terrible Experience!
I booked via FHR with a company called CSL.
My experience was terrible. My wife, car and I finally arrived home nearly 11 hours after having landed owing to the apparent negligence of CSL.
I have contacted FHR and forwarded the comments/invoice from the key/ignition specialist who repaired my vehicle.
They however seem to be totally unconcerned that their agent (CSL)have apparently been so unprofessional and have caused a client so much cost and inconvenience.
I would strongly suggest in future they vet and review their sub-contractors more diligently!
