Booked at a great price, then subsequently had a query which was handled very well.

Disappointing: I looked to book a car parking space using a Groupon voucher. The process was fiddly, and not designed for those of us who are not tech savvy.
When I did eventually get onto the FHR webpage, I was only offered a 10% discount on the car park I wanted to use. The airport itself offers a 15% discount, if you sign up to their emails.
I did have a problem with the Groupon code, and contacted FHR via their chat bot. The response was quick, and the person (I think it was a person - Chloe M), was very helpful and quickly sorted out the problem.

We always use FHR and if we need to make any changes to our booking they are always dealt with efficiently.

I just made a booking with this company for Stansted Airport, it was only after I completed the booking and I got the confirmation email. Did it become clear that I would have to give the keys of my car., naturally, I have no intentions of handing the keys of my new car to any of these people as it would not be insured as it is a company car, I have tried to cancel it and I have been told I can only get 70% of the money back although I tried to cancel it two minutes later, I think it is an absolute scam and they are to be avoided

Quick and easy to change car details on an existing booking

I used this ´meet & greet’ service to save me from using Bristol Silver Zone parking, but it took over 30 mins to get my car to me after I’d phoned to say I had my luggage. If I’d gone with Silver zone I’d have been long gone.
Not impressed.

Simple to use, good pricing and great after service. Sorted out a problem with no fuss at all.

Possibility that the booking needs to be cancelled. Online help (Nina E) was fast and friendly, and gave me all the details I needed should cancellation become necessary.

Our return flight was cancelled by the airline and the company issued us with a revised time for the car collection within a couple of hours of our request.
