Not fit for purpose
I purchased a pair of earrings from Virage after placing previous orders and being very impressed.
When the earrings arrived, they were beautiful later that evening. I put them in my ears as I was going out for a special meal. While out my ear began to sting and when I touched my ears, I found that one was bleeding. I immediately took the earrings out of my ears as they just felt too heavy and will beginning to pull on the hole in my ear causing it to bleed.
I contacted Virage and explained what happened only for them to to reply and tell me that they could not give me a refund as I had worn the earring. They suggested that I should’ve taken the earrings apart and only worn one part of it if it was too heavy for my ear.
Words fail me as there was no way in the details that told customers to do this because they were quite heavy. They actually called them every day earrings I will not be purchasing anything from that company again and warn other people to be mindful when making a purchase from them.

We are sorry to hear you found the earrings slightly too heavy for your ears. As per our returns policy and for obvious hygiene reasons, in order for items to be returned to us for a full refund, they must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Be rest assured all of our jewellery is fit for purpose. The earrings in question are actually two part earrings by design, not due to their weight. This allows them to be worn together as a statement piece or individually for a more elegant look, which is exactly what is outlined within the product description on the website.

I have quite a few chains and bracelets from this company, I ware 3 chains and 2 bracelets everyday I don’t take them off people say be careful you don’t get mugged they can’t tell the difference only that they look superb, ordering is so easy and delivery so Quick the only problem I can see is I’m running out of room to ware them

It seems i was incorrect and there has been no change its always been 14 days for returns. I can lways apologise whenni know i am in the wrong.
Please note refunds are now 14 days and not 30 days. In my case it was a gift and still within 30 days but not 14. Definitely not good news and I wont recommend to family and friends or re purchasing
Hardly extra mile. I explained it was a gift so was bought in time . Gifting is not just for Christmas and people need to be aware youre timescales have changed.

This gives customers a full 2 weeks to make a decision on each and every purchase. It is also worth mentioning this timeframe is extended during certain gifting periods throughout the year such as Christmas, when we appreciate a lot of our jewellery is purchased as a special gift. This is common practice across retail and e-commerce.

Absolutely beautiful items
Absolutely beautiful items. I bought my sons both a piece of jewellery for their birthdays this June. I bought a leather bracelet for son number one and I was so pleased with this. The quality is great and my son was really pleased with it.
I would highly recommend this company. Delivery took a while but the wait was worthwhile. I did my order in good time so products arrived for their birthdays.
Son number two, got a gold plated necklace with a cross. Again, great quality and looks great. My son was over the moon.
The gold plating is really good quality and looks like real gold.

Definitely a company you can fully trust. High quality items with fast service. They are professional and items do feel premium and look great. It is absolutely true you can live in the items go into water and not take them off and they still look good with no tarnishing and are totally hypoallergenic. I have now purchased several items from this company. To be honest I was a bit dubious as not everything described on online shopping turns out to be the truth. However I was happily surprised by not only the quality of the item, the beautiful packaging and also value for money. I immediately went back online and ordered a complete necklace and matching bracelet as a special birthday present. This arrived quickly and was even more stunning than the pictures. I then decided to treat myself as I have fallen in love with the gorgeous jewellery from Virage. I am now the proud owner of a beautiful 5mm Cuban link bracelet which I love. Inaccurate photos
I ordered a Figaro Bracelet Silver 5mm but received an item with a different clasp and different emblem (I wanted a V and instead got Virage text).
Customer service basically told me too bad, they updated the design and I received a newer one than what was pictured. Normal companies don't operate like that. I won't be shopping there again.
