A month later and I still have not received my package or location

Ordered and paid for 2 jerseys, but only received one. Tried to contact customer service, but never received a response. Would definitely NOT use again.

Poor service—I've had to follow up several times because shipping costs were deducted even though my order was over $100. All I get from customer support are AI-generated messages; I can't get a real answer. And the tracking doesn't work at all.

Good communication, Service and Delivery. Happy to deal with again in the Future.
Thank you.

Still no delivery. Been 3weeks and event has now passed.

Haven't got my purchase

I never received my package and it’s been a nightmare trying to get a hold of you guys to reconcile and fix the problem. Maybe you could re-order my stuff. This is ridiculous.

For one thing it’s been two weeks that I ordered it. Also, you can’t find the tracking. It won’t show up on the tracking so that part of your business sucks so I haven’t seen the product so you keep wanting me to read it. I can’t read it until I see it. It’s not here yet.

Good communication, great product, and right shoe size

After waiting many weeks for 2 kids jerseys they sent me two adult jerseys

My product was delivered promptly and as ordered. Shipper provided tracking details to follow the delivery. Very helpful and great to deal with.

They turned out absolutely beautiful I have had many compliments on them

Love the items, definitely will wear them soon.

Website for ordering is great. After you have the money, no shipping information is received until I send an email asking for it. Still did not receive any email communication directly, only tracking info 3-days before it was delivered. Your sizing chart is way off, ordered a 2XL. It is sized more like a 3-4XL, it hangs on me and arms are probably 5" too long. Very disappointed!!

advertised as distressed vintage style hat. The hat I received does not look like the image they advertise. It is not a distressed hat, looks cheap, was meant as a gift but will now have to find something else. Very disappointing.

My product was never delivered and attempts to contact co. were met wirh nonsponses and a fake answering service during working hours. This "business" is a scam. The phone number takes you to a bogus prerecorded responses that loop.

I love how my personalized Grateful Dead Mariners jersey turned out!! I ordered a size larger than usual since the shoulder measurement seemed a bit small for my husband. I think it looks great! The colors are vibrant and it's a light weight jersey which will with out great. It just took a little longer to receive than I thought but I really do like how it turned out👍🏽💖

I'm still waiting for my t shirt of Noth Melbourne

To what order it wasn't FUNKO POP IT was plastic trash. I will keep posting about this crap

Didn’t respond to emails. Didn’t deliver product. Stole my money
