Avoid any dealings with them
Ordered astro alan at the beginning of December 2021 as a Christmas present for my son. Still waiting for it to be delivered , they have taken payment but have failed to provide the goods.
I've sent numerous emails with no response. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this firm as they just don't seem to care about any kind of customer service.

Hi Steve, we are very sorry to hear you haven't received an order. We would love to further assist but Astro Alan is not a product we carry on our site. It may be from a site with a similar name to ours. A full list of our products can be found at virallights.com.
The coolest lights ever
The coolest lights ever, me and my husband received the projector as a Christmas present and we absolutely love it. If you do not own one I would suggest that you purchase one ASAP.

Sent my order to a parcel locker instead of my address although I requested it for my address. I called the representative who was of no help and asked me to contact local post office. Don’t offer delivery if you cannot deliver to customer address.

Hi Eric, we sincerely apologize your order experience was not satisfactory. Here at Viral Lights we aim to make every step of the experience as perfect as possible and take it to heart when we don't deliver on that. We understand how disappointing it is to not have an order arrive at the right location. We send all orders to the address listed on the order, and unfortunately have no control on the delivery after it has been handed off to postal service. They may have made an error on their part or incorrectly marked the delivery location, which is why we recommend reaching out to them in these instances. We would be more than happy to reship your order if they were unable to locate it, would you mind reaching out to us personally at satisfaction@virallights.com to let us know?

WAY OVERPRICED!!! DON'T BUY
My friend has the SkyBright and strip lights and says they work well. But the SkyBright is WAYYYY overpriced...currently it shows as on sale for $44.99 US regular $125 US!!! THAT IS BONKERS!! $125?!...come on. So overpriced. I went on Amazon and found one that seemed identical for $32 CAD and it works great! Now, I'm not overly familiar with the different features between the two but the one I got on Amazon looks exactly the same and is also a Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommend looking elsewhere. Also - the strip lights for the cost you can get at Home Depot for much cheaper. The ones at Viral Lights don't even include the cool light features you need to pay $15 US more for this feature for each 16ft light strip, which is insane. Just a trendy company looking to rip people off. Highly recommend sourcing elsewhere for either of these products.

Nice Simple, Touch
Light took awhile but did come. Look nice so far. Music setting works nicely. I think the lights are set to react to bass. Still need to try remote to see more settings. However, original setting is good.
Overall for the price I'm satisfied.
