He consistently keeps track of the project and provides regular updates throughout the development process, which we greatly appreciate.

Very disappointed with the quality of these displays. They are designed to be folded, yet they crack and peel almost immediately when folded as intended. This makes the displays unusable and unsuitable for store shelves. While some wear and tear is expected with any product, a display cracking simply from FOLDING is completely unacceptable. If the material chosen was not suitable for folding, it should not have been used for a foldable display in the first place.

I wish I could attach photos to show the displays because they look horrible once folded. It is honestly embarrassing to have these representing our company in stores. Which is why this resulted in unusable displays and unnecessary frustration. I did reach out directly to Max regarding this issue, and while communication with him was initially helpful, there ultimately did not seem to be much interest in properly resolving the quality concerns.

I recently ordered custom matchboxes for my upcoming wedding, a very specific design colour etc, and James at Virgin packaging was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process! The details, packaging, finishing, was all great quality and I am very pleased with my order. I would highly recommend to anyone, and will be using them again in the future

Some of the best customer service I have ever dealt with in the 36 years I have been in business. The communication is outstanding and the followup is stellar. The quality of product we have been receiving from Virgin Packaging is excellent. We hope to have a long-term relationship with this company. Their knowledge sets them apart from a lot of the other packaging companies.

They was suppose to send me a refund ,, they sent fake documents to me and said they sent it off ..

I order boxes from them in Feb 25,2026 and it April 21,2026 still haven’t seen anything

Honestly, they were on top of everything the whole time they made sure the files for design or top-notch so my product came out good and let me tell you it did and it didn’t take that long from start to finish. Anna is absolutely wonderful. I would use her for any product design packaging.

Scam. Missed deadlines, failing to respond to emails and enough was enough with ‘Muhammad’ who was more interested in getting money than what our needs were. There are thousands of companies out there that will show you true customer support outside of this fake one pretending to operate in the US

Virgin packaging went above and beyond o provide for us the exact product we were needing for our business. They were receptive to feedback and willing to tailor to exactly our needs. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing packaging and will continue to work with them in the future.

I had a very positive outcome. When I first started looking for someone I was not sure if I wanted to use them , because so many people talk about what they can do, but really don't do what they say. I was very happy about not having to pay upfront for design cost. The person I worked with Anna was very patience. I am not good with technology, but she made it very easy for me to understand. It takes time and lots of back and forth emails. The whole process took me months to come up with the final design and sizes of my boxes. I am so Happy with the final results! I highly recommend for people who are looking to custom make boxes for their business.

I deleted my first review of 1 star to update. The order did finally arrive a week after it was promised. Find someone that produces these items within the US. These were shipping from Asia and came through Dubai to get here. Too far of a distance to travel and not have issues. Product arrived and was nice but this was far from a good experience.

Working with Virgin Packaging was easy and they were willing to assist me with our project. The boxes and custom sleeves were done perfectly and delivered as planned.

This is my first time purchasing custom products for my small candle business. The representative Anna was very helpful and fantastic and helped me along the process. I will be ordering more custom products for my business because I am overly happy with my products.
