Reseau de bornes à fuir. Besoin de creer un compte, pas possible de juste payer par carte sans passer par un compte avec déclaratif de toutes vos infos perso. Assez ironique de creer une telle usine à gaz pour de la recharge elec.
Tout ca pour charger à 22kw. A priori incompatible avec ma voiture je n’ai pas pu recharger quoi que ce soit.

Avoid this charger! Total shambles and a massive waste of time.

This station is a nightmare. The units at 26-30 Marine Parade are physically branded as Virta but listed online as EV-DOT, making them difficult to track down. To use them, you are forced to download the Virta app and register.

The registration process is broken. The verification email took over an hour to arrive despite trying multiple email addresses. I called customer service seven times and kept getting cut off. When I finally got a hold of someone to reboot the machine, the charger still failed to pass the "connecting" phase on the app. I tried four separate charging ports and every single one failed.

What should have been a simple 5-minute task turned into an incredibly stressful 2-hour ordeal. My kids had to stay behind with their grandparents, and our day out was completely ruined. Another family next to me had the exact same issue and had to abandon the station too. I eventually gave up and had to drive 25 minutes out of my way to a Gridserve station just to get power.

Absolutely useless equipment and horrific customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Don’t charge your car with Virta!

We visited a friend who is staying at a campsite in the south of France. We drive a full electric car. We charged the car to 100% and then moved the car to another parking spot.
They have invoiced the energy for a price that is much higher than advertised on their website for this specific charging station AND on top of that they also charge time duration (not the 6 hours for free as advertised). The total invoice was 65,51 Euro excluding VAT for 69.1 kW!

Please be aware of this invoicing scam before you use Virta.

Registrierung war nicht möglich, da ich keine Mail zum Abschluss der Registrierung erhalten habe. Auch beim kontaktieren des Kundenservice habe ich keine Mail zur Verifizierung erhalten, somit würde meine Anfrage nicht gesendet. Außerdem war es auch nicht möglich, als Gast einen Ladevorgang zu starten.

Virta Dalakraft. Registrerade ett konto men fick ingen bekräftelse. Ringde support som efter mycket om och men skicakade bekräftelse.
Försökte ladda efter instruktioner, blev bara error och nytt samtal till supporten. Fel på laddterm. flytta bilen till annan term. En timme senare gick den sista term. igång. Laddade en stund så jag fick några procent. Försökte starta laddningen igen men det fungerade inte.
Har haft elbil i 6 år så jag kan det här med laddning. Välj en annan laddfirma!

On ne peux pas mettre 0 étoiles 4 bornes pres de chez mii elles ne fonctionne quasi jamais et quand elles fonctionnent cela dure 5 minutes ! A fuir ! Quand en plus ils ne se trompe pas en facturation !

Worst charging experience ever.
This company is billing twice, once for charging and once for the session time, which according to my bill is about 4€/hour.
Combined with the fact that it's a slow charger, if you have to leave your car for a few hours to charge, you end up paying more than double the price of a regular charge.
Beware!!

Je n’ai qu’un mot : lamentable !
Je m’y suis pris à 3 reprises pour me connecter (15 minutes de perdu). Ensuite impossible de se déconnecter. J’ai dû téléphoner au service client qui ne parlait quasi pas français. Au bout de 10 minutes j’ai pu déconnecter la borne. J’ai demandé une facture et il m’a clairement dit qu’il ne s’en occupait pas et que je devais me débrouiller sur le site. Bref … fuyez et ne vous connectez pas à ces bornes

I can't login to the app with my normal credentials that I even had written down. Nothing happens in the app when I press the button to send a new password. No email arrives when I even try on the Virta website to send a new password. Unbelivable.

Stay away!! It’s a scam company!!

I just got charged on my account for charging in Sweden on a station more than a 100 Km away from where I live. Virta wanted ME to file a report and spend time on trying to get my money back. They do not want to help solving the issue. I have deleted my account and so do you.

Fungerar inte över huvudtaget och supporten är värdelös

SCAM appen går ej att logga in i!
Tar 40 min att registrera sig men fungerar ändå int. Support funkar ej. Går ej att återställa lösenord. LADDA EJ HÄR

J’ai branché mon véhicule sur la borne VIRTA située sur le parking de l’hôtel Marriott Toulouse à disposition des clients.
J’ai reçu une facture correspondant au triple du prix habituel !
Chargemap est autant complice avec sa carte RFID car il permet et facilite ces arnaques tarifaires au lieu de protéger ses clients!

Update: After a few months I did get the difference refunded. Had to keep at them.
Quoted 59p kWh but actually got charged 81p kWh. I contacted Virta who agreed to refund if I sent screenshot to show what my credit card statement showed I was charged. Did all this, still no refund and they have now stopped communicating.
Others when I was there found the charger would not release their car until it reached 100%. The last 10% was very slow indeed for them.

Va i h...ete hände? De drog 683,38kr från mitt konto! Jag testade att ladda men fick ingen laddning! Vad tar de betalt för?

Tyvärr är destinationsladdare trasig i 6 månader utan att det reparerats trorts man har meddelat dom många gånger.
Dom säger det inte är dom som reparera, men har skicka meddelande till den företag som ska utföra arbetet.
Känns lite som dom inte vill ha ansvaret, utan den repareras när den blir det. väldigt Skumt .

j'utilise ma carte ULYS , ce qui sous entend que c'est un partenaire
quel étais ma surprise en recevant une facture de 146 euros pour 2h40 de recharges en 11kw/h.
apres echange avec leur agent, il me dis qu'ils sont pas partenaire et qu'il fallais passer par leur application
Si ULYS n'est pas partenaire, pourquoi leur carte passe sur vos bornes?
tarification définitive 0.91 euro LA MINUTES
a ce stade ce n'est pas du vol mais du racket
et en plus ils osent me dire au téléphone qu'ils sont pas dans l'obligation de mentionner le tarif en itinérance sur leur borne

CA va finir en justice cette histoire si ULYS ne règle pas le soucis de leur coté
