Virtual Employee has done a fantastic job for me in building my website to running my social media campaign. They have greatly enhanced the quality of my site both on the backend processing and the customer facing side. I completely trust them to not only manage this but to bring forward ideas to enhance my site and social media to drive more sales. The team of Neha Singh, Aayushi Goyal and Shubham Baranwal are very competent and communicate proactively with me so I always know what is happening. They recently did a great job of changing the hosting on my site. They did this quickly, efficiently and with minimal disruption.

The experience with VE has been amazing! A big thank you to Haider and his team for constantly supporting our needs and continuing to be the strong support system that ShaadiSouk receives from VE.

Virtual Employee has been a great plug and play solution for our website development. They have been amazing, always quick to respond, so polite and reliable. I would highly recommend them. Brilliant to work with.

Avoid this company like the plague!
First, you discuss the fees with them, and after you spend time interviewing and finalizing a candidate, they suddenly hit you with a significant annual fee increase that was never mentioned. Once you sign, they surprise you again by informing you that the resource is going on leave! Just pulling your legs!!

You can’t speak to your DEDICATED resource on the phone or WhatsApp because that has a different cost!! And they never tell you that when you sign up or earlier. I was forced to use Slack to communicate with my dedicated resource, and even then, you’ll be lucky if they respond at all.
The resource is extremely slow, offline most of the time, and sends update emails with task lists simply copied and pasted from previous days. It took the resource 20 days just to attempt to post a ready-made blog post that we had already provided!

My resource was a digital marketing specialist who didn't know how to setup basic tracking, took her a month to review 2 web pages for SEO, and 2 months for a few social media posts.

When I complained that they needed to fix the communication issues and replace the resource or cancel, they chose to cancel the agreement instead.
This company is a complete waste of your time, business, and money!

Harpreet has over the past 2 years been effective and extraordinarly carefully ans attentive. She has crafted a powerful social media presence that has resulted in a successful ROI. Title: Promises, Promises – Nothing Delivered

Virtual Employee sold us on big promises: “We hire the best people, we’ll manage everything, we’ll deliver your app.”None of it proved true.

The developer assigned to our project was friendly but clearly unqualified. Instead of building the app, they spent months figuring out how to code on our dime. Bugs and major issues piled up, yet problems were rarely acknowledged and never resolved in a timely way.

After wasting significant time and money, we were left with nothing even close to a usable product. Their guarantees of expertise and oversight were empty words.

Bottom line: Don’t be fooled by the sales pitch. If you need real talent and real results, look elsewhere.

The process from start to finish was very professional, quick and easy. We've never had any issues with the team, resource and the project. Thank you for all the hard work on growing our database.
