Great service! On the first upload the image wasn’t sufficient and was considered Poor by the Passport Application. I sent an email and within a few minutes they had revised it and sent me back a version that was accepted!

Worked for me. I wanted a driving license photo. Took a clear selfie with a white background. The app automatically cropped and resized the image (price: 5 euros). It was accepted online from the corresponding authority. Thanks!

Marina at Visafoto was very helpful when I had trouble uploading the first photo to a country visa application system. Marina revised the format and the photo uploaded successfully. This took only a few hours after I had asked for assistance.

Unfortunately I have to write a negative review.
I had big expectations about the website since it looks very friendly to the user.

First, I used one cupon for 10% discount shared in their own website and the price automatically change. My surprise, was when they charged me for the full price.

If that was not enough, I am not happy with the result, they cut my hair which looks very fake and ridiculous, my face is not straight (it was moved by their robot), in general it is a very bad result that I am not happy with.

Contacted them through email but never received any reply (was reading some reviews saying they are fast and very helpful but sadly that was not my case).

Willing to modifiy/edit this review if I receive any help.

I needed to edit photo urgently for visa application. In website photo was edited immediately. Unfortunately i requested different photo size by mistake. I wrote email to support team. I got reply in 10-15minutes. They fixed size to proper one right away.

Amazing customer service! They responded immediately and worked hard for me to get my photo accepted! Thank you!

i was facing issue of uploading pic doe georgia. i shared pic on the site, and the VISAFO team made constant follow up with us and made sure that required pics are uploaded. They even guided us on required standards and other aspects....low cost high quality

I had a great experience using this service, the company employee Marina really helped me and I got the requested photo for visa while another services did not follow the required parameters (just spent money and time). Highly recommended!

Visa photo are legit. I use them to modify my Nigerian ePassport Photo to ICAO specifications. Their, Marina helped me until the photo meets the ICAO specifications.

I have applied for a China visa. While I have not received it yet, it seems like the online visa application accepted the photo. I am very satisfied with the experience . . . BUT . . . I noticed a one-star review that said that the company sells your credit card information. That didn't happen to me that I know of, but I did receive two phishing emails within two days of getting my photo. I am suspicious because I got TWO in two days, I have never had this type of email before, and I have not conducted any other transactions that would make me suspicious. Perhaps unfairly I am taking away two stars. If others have similar experiences, they need to write about them in their reviews.

DO NOT USE VISAFOTO. THEY SELL YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO DARK WEB. I used a credit card that I did not used for 6 months to pay visafoto. 1 week later, my credit card started to show transactions from Philippines.
