This is hands down the best service I have ever used. I tried 3 different times to get the right passport photo, when it didn't work and I contacted the team, Paul was so kind to refund two fees and suggested improvements on the passport photo I took. Thereafter, I sent a new image and he edited it in such a way that it was approved and accepted by the immigration service.

Paul was my contact. I trusted him and paid my $ 7,00. The US passport rejected the picture then I need to go to CVS to get my passport picture.
I ask my refund, and this Paul respond: You have the right to act as you wish. We provide services within our competence, and do not fulfill wishes.
The US passport sent me this message :The photo submitted is the correct size, but your face is not the correct size or properly centered in the photograph. Please submit a larger photo with ample space around your face and ensure the image is centered. The system will assist you in cropping the photo before submission.
Seven dollars may be is nothing for you but I'm a senior living in a $ 850.00 SS check and I hate when people steal my money like Paul.

quality service, timely and transparent

Great service when one of our pictures was rejected during the visa application process. We received another picture within one hour, and was able to complete the visa application!

Excellen service. I spent 2 hrs trying to modify a photo for a visa. for $7, this website saved me a lot of aggravation. there was a problem with the 2nd photo, their support reached out and after uploading a differ version, they modified it for free in 20 min

By mistake, I ordered the wrong photo size, so I sent an email, and after a couple of hours, I received the correct size photo. Excellent service.

Visafoto is not honoring commitment of refund and its 8th time they are fixing the pic and sending me again and I am having error again and again .
