J ai fait une photo pour visa inde, ma photo a été refusée par le consulat , j ai fait une demande par mail à visafoto qui l a dit que je n avais pas été débité , alors que j ai bien été prélevé de 8€
J ai donc refait une réclamation mais pas de response …pressé par le temps j ai du commander ailleurs et la photo est très bien passée au consulat .. très déçu par ce service je ne risque pas de recommencer et ne la conseille vraiment pas

scam website. don't trust it. if it doesn't work, it won't refund your money.

Passport photo failed my application process initially and then after a follow-up email where company initially claimed no order was confirmed, the required format for passport office was finally received. Not clear why initial photo sent by them was not the required format as claimed. Making 100% guarantee is a big claim. Attention to detail would be great.

I used Visafoto when applying for a national ID card, as well as for visa applications requiring photos in a compatible format. On both occasions, Visafoto were efficient and quick to respond to my queries when I needed assistance. As a result, I was able to submit my applications with success.

Tried to make a US Visa picture and took me 3 times, which is 21 euros, so I also could have gone to the professional photography shop or? At the end it worked :-(

Submitted 2 photos for National ID approval, one approved straight away, huge issues with the second, but the Vistafoto team were hugely responsive and we managed to get the second photo through approvals eventually. Would highly recommend.
