I used the paid service to convert my photo to ICAO acceptable format for embassy work but it didn't work. I contacted the support and the response and resolution was prompt. My photo was eventually accepted by the embassy.

Great customer service in a timely manner. I have used them multiple times for my needs and I continue to use them. If something doesn't work, just email them and you will get an answer back within half hour. It is also very fairly priced. Thanks!

I spent 2 hours trying to figure out how to create a UK ID photo with specific specifications and nothing seemed to work -- so exasperating to get repeated rejections for non-comformity. Thank goodness I found Visafoto by chance, they saved me further headaches. The first image I sent them did not work out, I reached out to customer service and they were SO FAST and RESPONSIVE and HELPFUL to fix it without further charge. Paul in particular was a terrific guide, funny w/ precise instructions. Great value-money. I rarely write reviews, but this deserved one. Thank you to Visafoto!!

The follow up when the initial photo that I took wasn't acceptable to the Department for a Free Travel Pass.

Obtaining a passport photo through Visafoto was fast and easy. I smiled in the first photo, so I had to redo it. The second photo came out too dark. Paul was very helpful and let me upload another photo, which was perfect for my passport application.

I had a fantastic experience with Visafoto. They provided a high-quality passport photo extremely quickly, and their customer service truly went above and beyond.
